Cabela's, Billings MT

Billings Branch is the worst branch I've been too. Always out of stuff. Not much of a selection. Cabelas has gone down big time.
And I just noticed they raised prices on a scope I was looking at by $50 overnight. Will cash in my points and cancel my card.

Employees all say they hate their job when you ask them how they are doing. They aren't friendly.

The greater at the door knew more about firearms than the counter people. If I wanted to go online I would not have gone to the store! I hate that line, it makes me wonder why your doors are even open!

Good prices and quite a bit of inventory even though it is a smaller location. Jonathan who helped us in shoes and clothing was very knowledgeable and helpful.

I always enjoy going into Cabelas. This one does have more of a cluttered feel to it compared to others.

The person that assisted me really liked his job it was easy to tell makes a customer feel good about asking a question

Went to see Santa. Kids had a good visit with him, I scored some good boots. Store was clean, employees were nice.

My black Lab, Fancie, and I love shopping at Cabela's. We made some great purchases that were on sale. The cashier gave Fancie a treat as we cashed out. They are very pet friendly and Fancie especially likes the doggie aisle.

I walked through the store trying to find a product that the your website said was in stock. Not one employee would help me when I could not find what I was looking for. They looked at me and would walk the other way including a supervisor. I wi never shop at cabelas again. At least Scheels employees will.ask if I need help

They have a decent selection for such a small Cabela's. But don't be surprised if you have to order something because they're out of your size.

Arrived about 5pm looking for a CCW purse and was immediately greeted by very friendly clerk and was walked to the purses
FOUND EXACTLY WHAT I WAS LOOKING.

Great store. Staff very helpful and knowledgeable. Selection was fabulous as it is a full size store. I watched kids with their dad at the animal display They were learning what each animal was and info about it. What a great teaching tool.

This company routinely advertises products on sale that are not is stock.
If one puts the product on the Wish List, when it does become available you will not get the sale price. Basically, bait and switch.

We parked in the RV parking for two hours and the security guard gave us a legal warning the moment he got in and started arguing with a guy who just pulled in about the same thing. I was under the impression they allow over parking but I guess not.
