Campbells' Plumbing & Heating, Belgrade MT

We've been using Campbells for years, now with a new property and new equipment that was somewhat foreign to us. Chris is awesome! He's always thorough, educational, polite, and all the things you want. We schedule a yearly maintenance appointment just to make sure all is well and be proactive.

Chris and Aurora installed a new high efficiency boiler/hot water tank combination to replace our 1962 furnace. They were both so polite to us and each other as they worked. It was a two day project and they kept us informed every step of the way. The new plumbing and gas pipes they installed are mind boggling. They were on-time for every appt and very responsive. I simply cannot say enogh good about them or their work.

I needed about 70 feet of gas line run for a standby generator. I called Campbell's after receiving a very high estimate from another firm. They responded promptly, provided a very reasonable estimate and had the job complete within 2 weeks of first contacting them. Very pleased with promptness, quality of work and fair pricing.

We've been using Campbells for years. Chris has looked after our super old furnace for a long time, keeping it going and when it was time to upgrade to a new combi-heat/hot water system, he and Aurora did an excellent, professional, efficient job getting it done! They had to uninstall old, big equipment from a small, awkward space and they took great care to not damage anything or inconvenience us unnecessarily. And, when we had a hiccup with the system after install, Chris got it resolved super fast. Always professional, kind, responsive, and over-deliver.

Grant came over to our house and serviced our water heater and furnace. Very professional and friendly. Actually came in early and did a great job! Would highly recommend these guys. Thank you!

We called Campbells, who we've used for several projects, when we had difficulty lighting the pilot light on our gas furnace. The technician agreed it was quite touchy. After making the pilot light spark work better he was able to get it lit. Looking forward to a cozy winter! We strongly recommend Campbells.

We were able to get an appointment in 2 days, and Grant, our tech was able to get it up and running as well as preforming a service in a short time. The boiler stopped working. Called and they had an opening that morning. They sent a crew of two out and had it handled within an hour of them showing up. The guys were polite, respectful, and clean. The repair was made and the system works as it should.

Chris and Grant were extremely professional in their service of our HVAC system on time and polite.

Our furnace damper switch failed so heat was not reaching a vital zone in the house. Chris diagnosed it quickly and luckily they had the part in stock so kudos to their parts departments and also to the wonderful lady in their office who volunteered to drive it out to Chris on a busy Friday afternoon. We have used Campbell Heating, i.e. Chris, for many many years and love his knowledge, professionalism, and willingness to explain everything. He is hard working and very honest. In today's service world, and it's many nuances, we have always been able to count on Campbells and Chris to provide A1 service. On the downside, because of their success, they are very very busy and so patience may be necessary especially if you want Chris. His knowledge of our heating and cooling system is second to none.

As usual, Campbell's Plumbing & Heating are the best! Chris is the most knowledgeable, detailed, efficient service technician I have ever seen. He is always communicative, prompt and explains everything he is going to do. He is someone I just open the house to and say, "do what you need to do and let me know if you need anything", then I walk away. His work is superb and always asks if we have questions. I have never questioned his work. Thus far, we have used Campbell's (and Chris) to install a new furnace, water heater, AC unit, and duct/vent cleaning. Highly recommend!
