Caras Park reviews
19Love Downtown tonight. We had guests from out of state and they just loved it. We got there about 7: 00 and left at 9: 30 as we just sat on the grass enjoyed the music, food, beer, conversation, and the sunset.
Wicked fun! Went for Irish festival and couldn't be more pleased:) the river is awesome to go and take a dip and the carousel is a blast:)
Great place for a leisure walk dipping the in the Clark river. Public toilets, paid parking, picnic tables, beautiful Mountain View’s, grassy areas, long walk /bike paths on both sides of river.
The park itself was very clean and well-maintained. There's some bridge construction and homeless people hanging out near that - however, that isn't the park maintenance's fault! Love that it's right on the river! We met some family at the amphitheater area, then went to the carousel and dragon park. It's a nice little spot and I'd definitely recommend!
Nice peaceful place when there's nothing going on at all and there's always something going on that's pretty cool close to it
Pretty nice, but I would appreciate a bit cleaner park and maybe a way to prevent some of the sketchy behavior.terrible parking options as well.
There was Saturday market whe. I was there. They had a big variety if stuff. Not too crowded, There us lots of fun stuff happening at Caras Park. And watching Brenan's wave is always exciting, and of course the kids have a great time on the carousel and at dragon hollow, it's the play ground.
Beautiful modern park with tables under multi color canopy next to the Clark Fork river
Went there to enjoy our @sweetpeaksicecream and watch kayakers and boogie boarders run the rapids. Great place for a picnic with mountains in the backdrop!
Love.but I'm a homie so it's with a grain of salt. Epic-center of Downtown Missoula. Just sayin'
Beautiful park with live music, food vendors, beer/wine, and kombucha on tap in the summer on Wednesday's and Thursdays. The river trails in town are beautiful but it's always nice to stop by Caras and sit by the river anytime of the year
Loads of food trucks and quite a variety to choose from. Great music, big crowd. Could use more seating inside since it was such a hot day.
You can literally watch surfers in the river and then turn around and listen to jazz music with a good 15-20 food trucks. So much fun you have to make a day for it.
Good food good music, lot's of dog's, children, people and great friends to enjoy it with!
The new design at Caris Park is a horrible took away all the shade it will be really a fun time when it's 90. Should have used the money to fix side walks.
Needs more access for drinking water during events. It was easier to find beer then it was drinking water. Normally that's okay but after the marathon I needed a little more water
Want to experience one of the few places people can surf in montana? How about finding a spot to eat after stopping by one of the resturants nearby? Ice cream? All this and more can be accomplished here!
Not quite done with all aspects of the beautification of Caris Park due to The Higgins Street bridge project. Always a great place to take the children to see the carousel and take a spin. Dragon's hollow is a playground set up for young children and is very safe. Killian's run has an observatory area so you may watch the kayakers practice on the river. Wednesday is out at the park- with all of the food trucks available during the day. Thursday evenings has a variety of musical venues.food trucks.beer trucks.and plenty of natural seating on the ample grass space.or on the brand new concrete benches. Picnic tables are also provided randomly scattered throughout the park.
Met up with a gaming group there when the coffee place we usually go to closed early. Lot's of fun for the group of us.
