They were great. They worked with the insurance to get my vehicle completed. My vehicle looks better than it did before the accident.

A few years ago I brought my car here for some trim and molding work. I was quoted by the manager one price, then after the work was done and when I had to pay, the price was nearly 3x the quote. The desk attendant said because they had 3 staff members working on my car to get it done faster, they were charging me 3x labor hours because they had three people working on my car. Wow, not what I expected. I was able to talk them down to a price closer to the original quote. I don't know if management or staff changed since then, but I still wanted to share my experience.

Absolutely incompetent. They had my car for 2 months, and did not return calls on its status. Supposedly getting my car in two days after finally getting someone on the phone. Stay away from this shop.

The staff are very friendly and kept you updated on your car repairs and kept you informed and they even went beyond on their services by renewal of other head light for free to match the other brand new headlight replacement and car wash my car too, wow, kudos to the Carstar body collision shop staff
