They introduced themselves, put on their shoe covers and got right to work. Within 30 minutes the issue with my furnace was throughly explained and the part was ordered. You will not go wrong with Central!

Denver did a great job diagnosing the problem with my water heater. It isn't a traditional one apparently and is a bit more complicated but he spent the extra time needed to figure it out. I really appreciate Central because they almost always offer same day service for a reasonable fee to diagnose. Even during the holidays they are really prompt and treat all issues like an emergency! Thank you!

They got back to me in an extremely timely manner and had a technician out to my place same day due to a previous cancellation. Even after that tech went to my house to find that they couldn't do the repair, they did not charge me for the visit.
