It takes them 15 to 20 min to serve each vehicle in the drive thru line. Would never recommend this stop.

Good service and great coffee. I found some 'must haves' in the gift items they had too.

City brew is our first choice for coffee. Have some nice food items too. Try the monkey bread muffins.

The worst experience ever trying to get a caramel Frappuccino THE WORST! The person working this morning had absolutely no I idea what she was doing!

3 times this past 2 weeks the coffee has been undrinkable. Iced coffee, that was room temperature with barely any ice. I get cream and white chocolate. It was bitter with no flavor and not enough cream. I complained and said it didn't look right and tasted wrong. I was told it was made correctly. I was not happy with the customer service. And do not plan to go back.

I asked the barista to put whip cream in her hand and feed it to me like a goat but they said no 2/10 service they did give me extra whip though however I like to be goat fed so I am mad.

Just visiting. Coffee is good, staff is friendly. Needs to open on time reliably. 3rd time in 2 weeks they are not open at 530 because an employee as not shown up on time.

Always friendly, helpful and great personalities! I am not a coffee drinker but I buy G. C.for our softball team from here and have never been disappointed in anything I have ordered!

I have visited this location on several occasions, only because I believe sometime people have bad days. This time was the last! There is not one employee at this location that injoys customer serves. They give the City Brew brand a bad image. I will be taking my business to someone who appreciates it and treats me better!

Love coming here. They alway have the best cold brews. It will always be my favorite city brew

•Got a great drink, the carmal frappe (amazing drink 100% recommend!) Was one of the best ones I've had in awhile!

•VERY PATIENT, my mom as always was trying to get the people in our cars drinks, and my mom was getting stressed and was demanding from my sister what she wanted but my sister was having a hard time remembering, but River was assuring my mom to take her time. Absolutely amazing job!

Coffee was good. But didn’t give me a receipt that is asked for. Kind of a disappointing experience in the regard.

We usually like this location and pulled in 7 min to 7- not realizing they close at 7 as the sign said "open". The drive through had an announcement saying they were closed. I'm unsure what "open until 7" means here but the coffee shop down the street happily took our buisness right at 7. Maybe some additional training to ensure the services are available during paid buisness hours would be beneficial to the employees working this shift? I do get the clean up right before close but there is no way that extra 5 minutes of clean up after 7 to retain customers can be that trying. 1/5 today guys. Looking forward to a better experience in the future

Clean indoor seating.friendly staff.drive through available as well. On a very busy corner so getting in and out can be challenging at times depending on traffic but the stop is definitely worth it

Wonderful relaxing experience! Great coffee and snack choices. Definitely going back again.
