Really liked size of room, cleanliness and location. Pool and laundry available too. Beautiful reception area and stayed in a loft room perfect for our adult daughter!

Nice location to stay in Yellow Stone National Park. All destinations are not too far & can be easily reachable. The room service is very good & staff is very cooperative & helping in nature.

We have stayed in many hotels over the years, but this is hands down, one of the best hotels that we have stayed in. This hotel is so clean and welcoming when you enter.

There are so many little thoughtful touches at this hotel. There is the free Ice-cream bar in the lobby from 4 to 6pm when you are checking in. That is a welcome touch when you have been driving in a hot car for a while.

Then there are the S'mores and hot chocolate that the hotel provides each evening ao that you can go to the fire out front, meet people and have a tasty evening snack.

The pool is refreshing and fun for the kids. The hot tub is at a comfortable temperature as well.

The room was clean and restful.

The free breakfast is quite good and the staff manning the breakfast room are so hardworking and humble. They truly enjoy serving others.

Finally, the hidden gem here is the lower level of the hotel called Zero Level where they have a huge screen with movies playing, shuffle board, air hockey and then video game consoles with tons of fun games to play together. It makes for a truly fun and relaxing time with the family. Isn't that what a family vacation is all about?

Booked 3 nights king bed months in advance they had to put me in 2 queens. Told me they wouldn't service the room until we left but call them if we needed something. 2 days in I asked them to pick up accumulated trash which they said they would. Got back after a day in the park and trash still there went to front desk and they told me staff was all gone imagine, ice maker was broken... Eventually sent someone for trash... All this for only $339/night. Wow, what a deal. Find something else if you know what's good for you.

Awesome place. Good rooms and service. Location is optimal. Only issue I had was there is no hot vegetarian breakfast. They did have roasted potatoes the first day but none afterwards. Staff is very friendly.

My family and I stayed here when we visited Yellowstone. It was very clean, breakfast was fantastic, and it was close to Yellowstone! It was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in, and they were very accommodating for us.

We stayed 2 nights and were charged for 5 nights. We called the clubhouse and they said they would credit our account. Well they ended up charging us AGAIN without even calling and telling us of this mistake. We called again and they admitted to charging us again. 1 week later and still nothing is fixed. BEWARE OF STAYING HERE

Cute little place outside of Yellowstone. It's very close to the entrance of the park so it's a quick drive to get there. Little shops around within walking distance. It's pretty outdated which would be my biggest complaint. They have a breakfast which is decent. Overall just fine for what we needed.

My family of 5 and dog had a great stay here in May. The room was clean, the staff friendly and they went above and beyond to fix a small issue. Should I pass thru Yellowstone again, I will undoubtedly stay here. They also have a great breakfast and the location is awesome!

Hotel is rustic and could use some updating. The person who checked us in and greeted us daily was super nice. We were her 1st walk in checkin. Breakfast was ok, attendant not the friendliest

Great place to stay right outside Yellowstone. We visited the park and stayed here one night. The staff was super nice and very helpful during our stay. This is also a pet friendly hotel with several pet friendly rooms. To make it even better they have no fee for pets. The breakfast was also very good. Nothing really special but it was on par with regular hotel breakfast buffets. Had plenty of options for everything and everything I ate was as good as expected. Would stay here again for sure.

Terrible. Put my son on the floor for two seconds to crawl around and when I picked him up he was covered in dirt and dog hair. I also know they don’t vacuum the floor, much less really even clean it because there was money in the corner of the room that wasn’t ours! The sheets were gross looking on one bed, like actual blood stains, so all three of us slept in the other bed. “GeeGee” & the old man that works at the front desk in the evening, were both totally unprofessional & rude. When I was asked if I could fill a thermos with hot water for my sons bottles, the older man said “do whatever you want” and waved me away. The shower head had several places for water to come out, and literally three tiny streams worked which was super inconvenient as I have hair like a horse. The tub looked gross. My husband asked for four towels at the desk since they aren’t cleaning the rooms unless you ask them to. The man only gave him two cause he didn’t think we needed that many but I guess one for my hair, one for my body, one for my husband and one for my son was way too much to ask. The breakfast was AWFUL. They have bacon in a tub and at least a quarter of it was just floating in grease at the bottom. It was OUTRAGEOUSLY expensive for how yucky it was. I was super disappointed in our stay.

Bed was soft, but had a huge divot on one half. My husband slept in a sink hole. Shower was not great. Very nice staff though no masks were worn.

They are centrally located to all the places to visit in Yellowstone. The pool was a nice temp for kids to swim in. The breakfast was AMAZING in the mornings! One of our kids had a bloody nose and they were very courteous about dealing with it! Great place to stay!

Room was ok but way over priced. This is nothing special, low end Marriott at best. Upon checking in I was told breakfast was served the next morning, prepared by 'our executive chef' what joke! Eggs from a microwave bag, a few bagels, precooked bacon and sausage. Save yourself some money, stay at a lower cost motel, enjoy a nice breakfast out! Would not recommend this place.

My husband & I stayed a weekend here recently while visiting Yellowstone. The night staff was very pleasant & helpful. Why only one star? Although breakfast was served "from 6: 30 am to 9: 30 am" they stopped putting food out by 8 am, even when guests asked. Not that they missed much, all the "hot food" was pre-made & nuked in a microwave (bacon, eggs, etc.), then dumped as a watery greasy mess into the service tray. Yeah, gross for the amount of money you spend for a night here. If that wasn't enough to turn your appetite off, this pet friendly lodging extends that courtesy a little too far-guests with dogs were NOT discouraged from having breakfast with their pets in the community dining area, indoors. We watched in amazement as the pets were walked thru the buffet area, noses at food level, with their owners completely unaware of the non-pet guests disgusted stares! Again, staff was completely aware & in full view of this activity at the front desk AND standing by in the food service area. We will not be returning.
