I love Collins. Their furniture is very well constructed. I greatly appreciate the dedicated, professional, and knowledgeable staff. I always know they are working for the company, but I can't help experience the comfort of knowing they are working to get me the best deal possible. Collins is my go to place for furniture and easy purchase power.

I liked the gentleman that helped me. He was not pushy and let me guide the visit. I came in just to look but then found the bedroom set I loved and he helped me through the process.

The collection was great. I have a small house and was able to find a couch, recliner and an accent chair to fit. The customer service was awesome. Robert was the sales person who approached us when we first arrived at the store. I wasn't really going to buy, but he left us alone to shop without any pressure and I purchased more then I had intended. I would recommend this store.

We’ve purchased two living room sets here in the past three months and both transactions were excellent. The team was immensely helpful and delivery was quick. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for good quality furniture and an easy shopping experience.

Prefer to just look for furniture I want without someone pretending to know something. Missing parts on display model "we'll get them" later followed by " I can't promise anything". In the end the parts never matched so I'll fix it myself (no, I never assumed you'd fix it right) Since it was display I asked about wrapping for a trip 100 miles away. Salesman said "no" we can't. It just seemed to be an atmosphere of vultures, similar to going to a car dealer. I'd never get furniture for myself at Conlins (this futon was for a friend). Not sure what the heck they'd think I need an extra warranty for! It's just a dumb gimmick, like an extended warranty for a 2x4. If their product is good it's laughable to add a warranty. If their product is bad it's laughable to return in the future That said, I presume all the furniture stores are similar. I did give one star for the backroom loaders.

Logan was very helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain all the different features of the chairs we were shopping for. He really seemed to know his stuff! He wasn't pushy at all and was willing to work with us on a good deal. Very satisfied.

We were greeted by Vito Sr. He was extremely professional, polite, personable, and helpful. His patience was tested and he passed continuously showing us every option. The was no high pressure sales, he had a great sense of humor and showed us everything in our estimated budget. I would highly recommend Conlin’s.

Furniture quality is above average. Store is attractive and well appointed. Of purchased items, a couple of bolts were not tightened upon delivery and assembly, resulting in lost/missing hardware. Store manager was quick to apologize and order new bolts/washers to be delivered to my residence.
Overall, the shopping and purchasing experience was significantly above average, and the customer service from all employees that my wife and I encountered was top rate. We recommend to anyone interested in quality at a fair price that they give Conklins in Great Falls a try.

Logan Hutcheson is easy to work with. No pressure and same deal after coming back to buy weeks later. Quick and easy buy. Explains all info with nothing hidden. Will ask for his help again!

Omigoodness, from the moment I walked in, Connie and the team were so welcoming and helpful! She listened to hear when I shared what I was looking for, and she got right to showing me some of her favorite things & some things that sounded like they'd fit my needs list. We found a BEAUTIFUL set and added a recliner to complete the room.
I went back today to actually place my order and added a beautiful accent piece china cabinet and Connie was just as tickled as me with my purchase. I really feel like I made a friend in her (which is great bc I'm new to the state as of last week)!

I went in to buy a new mattress for my daughter’s trundle bed and walked out with a beautiful and comfortable couch. The salesman was very knowledgeable and personable. He did not try to push different products on me to gain a sale. He made recommendations for furniture that would last the longest with twin four year olds. My favorite part was that he didn’t follow us around and comment on everything. He would check in to make sure we didn’t have any questions, but left us to make our own choice.

Ashley was super helpful and patient even when I changed my mind at the last second and chose an entirely different bedroom set. Hopefully delivery goes as smooth.
