This location never has any of the products im looking for, products aren't where they belong (opi) and the cashier Olivia was very rude to me! I will be ordering my products online with other suppliers!

If none of the staff is trained on online orders, should just take the option away. This is the second time I have placed an order and came in hours later to someone who had no idea what I was talking about and even went as far as to say there was no order placed. Last time I came in I had to help the lady find my items and this time I was flat out told there was no order and no way I could be helped. Just take away online ordering if you can’t fulfill or can’t train on it.

Sherry really helped me out finding everything I need and also suggested a couple products that are my favourite now.

The new owner is so sweet she’s always there if you need help. Always has a smile on her face!

Sherry the new manager is so incredibly wonderful. I have been shopping here for years and no one ever seemed to care or help, or even greet upon walking in. I can tell she has little to no help because I’m in there multiple times a week buying product for my esthetic business and she is there every single time. She is always so sweet and inquisitive and asks about my family and my business. She even remembered my mom was going through breast cancer treatments and asks me about her every time I’m there. I’m so glad we finally have someone who cares about that store in town! Cosmoprof give her a raise and keep her!
