Costco Wholesale reviews
18By far worst Costco I have been to do yourself a favor go to the Billings Costco and what really did it drew the line. They have a MALE associate working there ponytail and earings that thinks it's ok as my daughter and wife and many others use the restroom to go in and use the woman's restroom along with them. May be some that approve of this but by far many that will not be ok with that.
I go to this store every week. Horrible service, some employees have very poor manners on the floor. Mostly staff not helpful. Everyone needs a good customer service training.
Bar far the worst CostCo I have ever been in and I have been in dozens. On well over 10 occasions this location has, over and over again, proven to be out of staple products, or no one (employees) can find them, the checkers are over the top rude and store employees are not much better. Customers come across as angry and volatile but I can only surmise this is because of the treatment they receive while inside. This location needs a complete overhaul in management and employees.
I love Costco. So glad they have self checkout now. Please start stocking Tru-Fru frozen chocolate covered raspberries and I'll change my experience to a 5.
Fast in & out today to return an unwanted purchase was easy and a couple of essentials. Got some gas too. All under 30 minutes. Too bad the basic essentials are on the other side of the space, requiring you to walk diagonally through the whole place. Still a focused mission can be accomplished when necessary.
The Bozeman Costco tire center always impresses me. Even when backed up with high demand and short staffed, they are very accommodating. Good deals, good warranty.
I love shopping at Costco, in Bozeman, My. The remodel is almost complete, the isles are wide and thought out where merchandise is placed.
Who don't love Costco? Everything that's bigger and better than everywhere else. It is also great that no matter what Costco store you visit, you love them all the same.
It had been a while since we had visited this costco and with the new updates they had made it was like going to Costco for the first time with the little excitement to see what was different
It will be wonderful again. Under construction right now, so a little confusing to find things. But the remodel will be awesome!
Costco, the heavenly horde of cheap hotdogs and massive quantities of random delicious foods. The half-gallon of chocolate almonds gets me through my university depression, and the 25$ salmon fillet saves my soul at every bbq. Perfect pace to survive zombie apocalypses!
Its a costco, say no more:) Good people, dopamine on tap!
Wasn't shopping for myself was hanging out with a friend but it seemed to be a pretty nice layout I'm thinking about joining
.
They are still getting the store put back together after the remodel. Took a lot of looking around to find what I wanted.
They’re expanding (2021). Liking the improvements so far. Gas is only about 3 cents cheaper here due to a County law. Probably meant to keep local gas stations afloat, but there’s no such thing (hasn’t been for many many years). Bad law for consumers, bad law for Costco. But I digress.
I just want to say something I enjoy the quality of products. But you have one staff member who is very rude. In the mornings it seems you allow seniors to enter an hour early understandable but you may want to consider posting that somewhere outside your doors as many do not know that and see folks entering and assume you are open. UNTIL they get to the entrance and are rudely told no by Sue. But then she actually let's others in who are not seniors right in front of the others who are waiting. She is very rude and unprofessional and really sets a bad taste before you even enter the store. Either be consistent in the 60 rule and post that outside or loose customers as many today we very upset at her behavior and actions and said they were taking their business to WinCo. It's not ok to act out in such a manner she even grabbed one guys arms as he was entering to stop him you can not touch guests like that. Its time to get this under control as I see many on social media every day leaving and cancelling their memberships due to being treated poorly in one form or another. Also it's time for Sue to get a new job as he definitely does not like the one she has its very obvious by how she treats and talks to the guests.
If it is listed as on sale they do not have it. If you like it they will stop having it. Membership benefits included samples. Not for the last year.
Everyone there was super helpful! There were always tons of workers there, even despite everyone not wanting to work. Everything is always super clean, put away, and organized. Whenever there is a problem they take care of it properly. I am glad to say that this is one of my favorite stores!
