Cottonwood Inn & Suites reviews
20Ate at restaurant. Ordered Indian taco's. Hadn't seen this on menu before so gave it a try. Frybread way undercooked. Very doughy. Other ingredients were fine. Hopefully cook learns how to cook Frybread. Not that hard. Make my own from time to time.
Nice clean rooms, nothing fancy but you aren’t paying for fancy. Service was friendly, free coffee in the lobby.
My family and I met for brunch today, and were a large group from kids to adults. Our server was outstanding! He did an excellent job and was even a great sport and took our picture. I'm sorry I didn't catch his name but he deserves to be commended. Thank you, again, sir!
Very clean room, friendly helpful staff, excellent food served quickly and all at reasonable prices.
I definitely will stay here again!
A wonderful stay! Not a lot in this town but all of the staff at the hotel and the connecting restaurant were incredible!
Very clean room hallways, etc.
Most hotels are barely cleaned. We have stayed at a lot of hotels/motels/resorts in our journeys, but this place is by far the cleanest/friendliest place we have ever stayed. Attention to detail is an example to all other accommodations out there.
Seemed pretty clean. The sheets looked fresh. Gym had cleaning wipes and had pretty good options for a decent workout. Rooms in the main hotel are really small but ok. No free breakfast but restaurant. Easy walk to restaurants, etc. Thin walls but not a lot of noisy guests.
My only real complaint is screaming kids in the spa/pool area past 10 pm when they close at 11 pm. It’d be nice to have at least an hour of peace there.otherwise place is clean & comfty.
Stayed in the RV park. Sites are a decent size, but check in is a huge hassle, since you have to go into the hotel. Nothing pretty about this park, but that wasn’t the worst thing. THERE WERE NON-STOP AGGRESSIVE BEES! Sitting outside was NOT an option which, of course, was all we wanted to do after a long travel day. The bees were so thick, somehow two really large ones got into our rig. After about a half hour of them dive bombing us, we finally got rid of them. I’m not kidding! These are the most AGGRESSIVE bees we have ever encountered. Do not stay here!
Thank you for putting up with our furry friends low howling when we were out taking care of personal business in the Beautiful Town of Glasgow Montana. We never got any negative feedback or huffy phone calls either!
We look forward to seeing you guys again. Take care & God Bless!

Hands down recommend. Very accommodating, polite, friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are large and have been upgraded.
There aren't a lot of choices in Glasgow but this is the best one. We weren't sure what we would get but we were very happy with our stay. I don't want to buzz market other chains but we usually stay in $130-170 hotels when we travel. The Cottonwood was much cheaper for the same value (except for no free breakfast.) We stayed in the B wing and the room was a little tight for our family of 3 but it worked fine. We got oatmeal from the nearby grocery store and used hot water from the lobby to make breakfast most mornings. The pool was never overcrowded but usually had other kids there for our son to play with. The constant noise from the AC unit was great for sleeping. We will happily stay here again next time we are in the area. Note that if you are a disc golfer, there is a fun course less than half a mile away.
My favorite hotel along the high line. Rooms are always clean and the conference rooms are so nice. The bar and restaurant is great too.
Great stay at a reasonable price.
Restaurant for breakfast was very good, quick with an attentive waitress. Supper in the lounge the night before was excellent, it was a happening place with good atmosphere.
We traveled with friends, their room was in the main building, us across the parking lot. Very nice rooms, seperate bedroom feel with french doors, a sofa a tv in ea room of our suite. AC was on when we got there, so grateful for that. Our building had a common room with coffee available, that was a bonus.
Everybody was happy!
Worked great, Easy Access. Stayed one night here on our way across Montana. Plenty of room to get though hotel parking lot to the campground. Small laundry room, but worked well.
Great place to stay!
Quite, clean, friendly staff.
Great food!
Dog friendly.
The room was quiet, cold ac, clean and comfortable bed. The recliner was a bonus and nice to have. The bath products were great and smelled amazing. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub. It was nice to soak our sore muscles after our adventures. We appreciated the shuttles from the train station and to the air port very much! We would definitely stay again if in the area.
Bonus, The Wood restaurant is attached is a decent place to grab a bite to eat. We enjoyed dinner and breakfast there.
Super nice hotel for the price I paid. I even had my dog and it still wasn’t bad. Rooms were in excellent shape and they have fast internet for remote work. There isn’t much to walk to but they have a big space and campground around the place so was able to walk the dog around.
I ate at the wood. Food was alright. Kinda pricey for what you get. The drinks are very cheap.
Rooms clean and beds are very comfortable. Pillows are normal pillows not those little ones some hotels give you. Very clean very friendly staff
Very clean!
One of the nicer hotels I've ever stayed in, staff very friendly.
Oh also great price!
