Craft Society Salon reviews
16Taylor is one of the best stylist I've ever had the privilege of meeting Talented~isn't understatement. The best of the best!
After spending over $300 I walk out with ORANGE hair instead of BLONDE and my hairdresser expects me to come back and pay more $$ that she messed up on to fix the ORANGE in my hair. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.
I was very nervous, never had a massage before. Suffering with excruciating pain for weeks and no solid resolution at doctors. I managed to get a massage same day, and it was an amazing experience. Jaycie was professional, courteous, attentive to my needs, and just made the whole experience comfortable and relaxing! I rarely write reviews, but the service was so outstanding, I felt it necessary to share with the world! I will 110% be back again. Thank you so much for your help Jaycie!
Wife wanted highlights. They did something weird to my wife’s hair and she's been complaining all week. The stylist wouldn't offer to fix the mistakes, so we had to talk to the owner. After the owner saw how bad it was, she agreed to help remedy the situation. Since talking with the owner, we have been blown off and ignored more than once. They probably don’t cut and color enough so you keep coming back? !? This place does bad business and is shady.
There's something purely magical about a great stylist. Jen is that and more. Communicative, up front, and a great listener. I've got complicated hair and she does an amazing job. Highly recommend
1. Jen ruined my hair by leaving chemical on it and not washing it out thoroughly (see picture, I'm not exaggerating about the damage).
2. I paid her for a "full head of highlights" and recieved a partial head of highlights, at BEST.
3. Jen wouldn't own up to her mistake, offer to make it right, or give me a refund for the shotty job.
4. Even the owner blew me off twice after I met her in person and she offered to try to help. Didn't hear back with actual appt times until after my husband felt inclined to write an honest review.
My thick, curly, mostly virgin and healthy hair is now a total mess with frizz, damage and uneven color.
Do yourself a favor and pick literally any other salon in the valley.
Was my first time here. The stylist seemed to be very unskilled. Poor lighting. Was such a botched haircut I had to book another appointment somewhere else to have it fixed. It would have been embarrassing to go out with the quality of haircut I received here.
Extremely frustrated! I booked an appointment a month ago for my hubby’s birthday. Called to confirm it for this weekend & was informed the appointment was canceled yet no one notified me! Now I have less than a week to find somewhere more organized to make this appointment …… of course if I can even schedule this close to his birthday!
Libertie is AMAZING! My hair didn't turn out the right color, initially, so she redid it, and it turned out PERFECT! Atmosphere is great there.
I decided to have my hair dyed at the craft society after having an amazing experience with Victoria doing my lashes and because the reputation it has. I could have been more let down. Taylor destroyed my pretty blonde hair. I wanted to have my balayage redone and to go lighter. It's important to know that my hair was allready pretty much platinum. The process took five hours.and I was left with yellow hair. Even when I took my dark brown hair to blonde it didn't take that long or did it destroy the health of it that this did. When paying over 200$ and spending five hours in the salon I was expecting to get what I wanted. Not only did she tell me herself that the color I wanted was reach able but still decided to charge me full price when she knew I wasn't happy about it. And also charge 42$ for a tiny trim thay came out extremely uneven. I literally want to cry about how terrible my hair looks and feels. And honestly having her fix it is not an option for me unless someone else other than her does it. I had to use purple shampoo the day she did it cause it was soo brassy. I was extremely excited to have my hair done at craft society and now have to go somewhere else to have it fixed and spend even more money.
Nathan Sprunger is the best haircut for men in town, fast and professional. The environment of Craft Society is also nice and comfortable.
Clean, creative environment. Friendly people. Wide variety of services. I’ve been going here for many decades. Great place. The online appointment system is a life saver for me making appointments.
Chelsea is the most amazing colorist I’ve ever worked with! She’s created the most unique buttery blonde that suits my under layer perfectly and she’s so careful with my hair and also does fabulous trims. She makes the experience fun and inviting and she’s truly an artisan!
I loved my experience at Craft Society. I had my hair done by Darian and she took the time to discuss with me what she thought would look good on me and what would fit my lifestyle. She helped me with styling tips and suggested products as well. In addition to great service, the prices are affordable. I will certainly be booking with her again and I'm so glad I chose to go here for my hair cut!
Ash did my wedding hair and makeup, she was very kind and made me feel comfortable right away! She did an amazing job for me and my family.
Absolutely love. The entire vibe of the salon is so great. The stylists are well trained, do a great job, and they are so kind. I will be going back.
