16 I had a collision with an animal around November 14th, 2023 that involved damage to the entire right side of my vehicle (passenger door, back passenger door, back passenger quarter panel).
My insurance had Crash Champions on their designated shop list and it was the closest in my area. Although I didn't have much of a choice in servicing my vehicle with Crash Champions, I'm pleased it worked out the way it did. Lonny was my correspondent through the shop, he updated me every time the shop was able to move my vehicle along in its rehabilitation process. This was especially important to me because my insurance agent wasn't very communicatively reliable with my claim. Not only did Crash Champions repair my vehicle in a timely manner, they also talked me through it all along the way.
Although Lonny was my main correspondent, I spoke with at least 3 different employees on the phone, all of which were helpful and knowledgeable. I hope to never crash another vehicle, but if I do and I am in the Bozeman area, Ill be giving Crash Champions a ring.
They were amazing! Super helpful, kind, understanding, and they washed my car inside and out! 100/10 would recommend!

I strongly recommend. Service and communication was great especially since I live 11 hours away. Great work including paint color and very clean when I got it back.
This is a very different experience from when the company was A&D Auto Repair. From the cool reception at check-in to the mystifying invoice that didn't jive with what my insurance company told me, I was very disappointed. I got the feeling they were just trying to come up with random numbers to match the insurance reimbursement, and even then went back to the insurance company to get more. A part was installed poorly when I picked up the vehicle but they did correct it while I waited. And beware.they don't take anything but debit or credit cards for payment. The text messages were very nice to keep track of status.
Mike and the team did a great job on the repair of my vehicle. The text communication feature was also a plus — I did not have to exchange as many phone conversations and could seamlessly receive progress of my vehicle
Timely and courteous. Kept me updated as repair proceeded. Delivered earlier than promised.

Mike and Davis at Crash Champions saved my bacon and I'll never go another place. I had an unusual metal repair, my brand new metal front door was damaged in transit, the crew at Crash Champions were able to fix it up so I couldn't even tell it was ever damaged. They've also done more normal auto body repairs for me no less than twice with great results and support. Highly recommended.

Very professional and friendly shop to work with. Communication was great; I received updates via text message. They completed the work almost a month ahead of schedule. They worked directly with my insurance company and the car was cleaner on the inside and out then when I dropped it off. I would most definitely recommend Crash Champions to friends and family.

After getting hit in January it took 5 months to get an estimate. I was fine with that because everyone was backed up. I brought my car in to have the have the bumper & blind spot light sensor fixed. Once I arrived to pick up my vehicle, after it being at the shop for a week, the sensor was not fixed. After the conversation that the car was not properly fixed, I was told to come back in September. That worked out perfectly for because I was going out of town. I called the day before I was going to drop off my car and reiterated that I would be leaving Thursday to go out of town and returning Monday morning. I assumed this would have given Crash Champians plenty of time to recalibrate my sensor.as there were many text about the time line. Well I'm sitting here Monday at 1pm with no car, no way to get back home to Big Sky.
My bumper also doesn't look great. Will not be recommending this business to any of my friends or family.
Not an easy place to get into, but the quality of work is worth waiting for. I appreciated the fact that they dealt with the insurance company directly and I did not have to be a middle man. They made our truck look brand new.
I had my car evaluated by Andrew at Crash Champions a few weeks ago after a deer collision. Even though the verdict wasn’t good, it was what I expected. They were incredibly professional, prompt, and polite.
My sister (who doesn’t write reviews) had her car repaired by them a few weeks prior after the exact same issue, and she couldn’t stop talking about what a wonderful job they did — they replaced just about the whole front end of her car and detailed it inside and out, and did the whole job in under a week. My understanding is that a smashed in Nissan Murano is no easy feat to work on; the fact that they did it at all was great, and the fact that they went *way* above and beyond was even better. I’ve been in it a few times since then and it is literally better than it was when she bought it. If a severely damaged car can still be fixed, I have total confidence that these guys can do it.
