Custer Battlefield Trading Post & Cafe reviews
18Buy a ring from the Crow Nation. Fry bread, and fell the battle the white man lost like Vietnam. You feel the broad landscape and the battle peak.
I stopped here every time I drove by driving a 18 wheelers in the 1990s. Great food. Best around plus neat stuff to buy.
I had a great time. So did my friend. Will visit again. Happy it’s free with an annual pass.
So glad we stopped here. SO GOOD! The fry bread is insane (first time having it) and highly reccomend the bear paws (fry bed stuffed with chili and meat and deliciousness)
Just stop here.
This is a quaint little shop. At the foot of the Battlefield this little shop and Cafe are one of the best stops you can make on 90! Friendly people and the Best Indian Fried Taco made and served by Indian folks.
Food is amazing! The owners are awesome! Staff was attentive and courteous. We will definitely be back!
Best Indian Tacos I ever had! On our way back to Denver, from Billings we will stop and eat again.
This place is a MUST SEE on any road trip! Absolutely beautiful items including souvenirs, beaded wears, books, traditional herbs & medicine, artifacts and super friendly staff! I only wish I had more money to spend when I lucked in on the spot! I have a list of books I must have as well as a poster I am still wishing I bought!
There is a restaurant in the shop as well that had amazing Buffalo burgers and thick cut fries.
We were so hungry after a long visit at Little Bighorn Battlefield, everything here was welcomed. The reviews spoke highly of the Bison burger but mine seemed a bit overdone and I would rate as just "OK". But it tasted good given our hunger! Was great to have a covered outdoor eating area. Nice store adjoining the restaurant and bathrooms were clean.
Have you ever had an Indian taco? I didn't until today and I'm wondering why I hadn't sooner! Super friendly service and fast!
Great place to purchase great artifacts and native art work. A must is the Indian taco. The fry bread is great and even better with the honey. The bison burger was great as well.
Great location layout. No visitor center amenities so this is your best local option at the time of our visit in this time of Covid. Good Parking. Bathrooms clean and open. No food vending to speak of. Souvenirs of every type and idea related to the local indigenous you can imagine. Impossible to leave without picking up something to remember by.
This place had all kinds of cool stuff in it and the park was really interesting also.i recommended it if going through the area!
Yummy food and great service. I tried the fry bread taco. It was delicious not too spicy. I would definitely eat here again and for a tourist attraction place it has the best food and variety of stuff to look at or buy. I enjoyed eating and shopping here very much.
They have alot of items in the store and they have a restaurant that looked nice but I didn't eat there so I can't say much about that. The young boy that was helping me was very nice.
I was here when I was 10 and didn't really know what I was seeing or hearing. It was very enlightening to know the extent of was really happened. Me personally would recommend going!
While I was at the park, my blood sugar bottomed out, we stopped for food. I explained my situation to the wonderful lady at the front.
She expedited my order and told me she understood.
I got the fry bread taco and fry bread with honey. It was so good!
Awesome people and awesome food.
Quite honestly an amazing place to eat and explore, and the gift shop is huge, not kidding. And so much cultural items to purchase made from actual people vs the mass production stuff,
I will return very soon. Thank you.
