CVS, Bozeman MT

Please note that the hours posted online do not reflect the actual store hours. One of the worst places in Bozeman. Hours are sporadic and seem to constantly change, shelves are always empty, staff always seems overworked or underpaid. Sincerely hope that this place closes its doors soon.

Pharmacists go out of their way to help with all matters. They deserve the highest rating.

The pharmacy helped me out when I was in a pickle and visiting from out of town and needed my medication. They were able to hook me up the next morning

This pharmacy should be shut down it’s operated so poorly. Don’t rely on it for your medications. Never had more problems with a pharmacy in my life.

This place should just close. I ditto to all of the other negative reviews and I'd like to add that Nathan should be fired for being so rude. He likes guys and hates women. Nathan, don't be rude to my girlfriend again, ok man? And don't tell everyone how busy you guys are, it's not anyone's problem but yours! And to the girl pharmacist and all of the useless techs- do some work and help the customers!

The lady was extremely rude as soon as she opened the drive thru window. We asked to be sure our insurance was billed correctly because the price was much higher then anticipated with double insurance and she said it was…asked her to double check…gave her our Blue Shield Card which was a recent new insurance (the lady taking the card as she was rolling her eyes and with horrible disgusted body language), shortly after she came back and said that CVS doesn’t take the Blue Shield. But at the very start she said it was billed correctly? She didn’t want to do her job correctly or professionally and we will not be back. Worst customer service I have experienced in awhile.
I work in the medical field…this isn’t the way customers should treated. HORRIBLE!

Go elsewhere & save the headache! You'll thank me later. The pharmacy staff is lazy, lazy, lazy! Waiting over a week for a common prescription thats not generic. The employees are EXTREMELY lazy & refuse to do their job. Worst pharmacy I've ever been to. 1st they refused to take down insurance info over the phone, did not followup with insurance or doctor office for info needed.absolutely insane & ridiculous! Long hold times for no service & pathetic excuses. In person visit didn't help either. Called so many times I lost count. Sometimes the phone works, other times not at all.

In all fairness there was two ladies in the front of the store that were extremely kind & helpful. One checked me out & the other helped me find shoe protectant spray. The pharmacy is the real problem. Terriby managed & VERY chaotic.

Same issues as the other reviewers mention. CVS corporate doesn't seem to care about this location and you're best to just avoid coming here if you can. I would encourage everyone to stop shopping here for any reason. Eventually the store will close and something better can take the space.

Well this cvs was awesome. No longer open 24hrs, thus not so convenient.anymore

For some reason this is a UPS package pickup location when you can't be home to sign for it. They are not open at any convenient time during the week if you work and wana pick up you package before or after work. Hours are actually 6am-6pm.

The pharmacists are nice, the prescription management is poor, but usable. The hours are a absolute lie. Closed 12 to 12: 30 open to 8. And sometimes open less. If you have an alternative, use it. I only go here due to college and having to walk. So the staff is good, management is terrible.

Worst CVS ever I understand being short staffed -UPDATE your message stating what time you close. I drove 5 hrs (round trip) to have door shut in my face. I was on hold with pharmacy for over an hour and when I got there they told me I had to call 1st. I just called to find out hours for tomorrow - the front of store did not even know - this place is giving CVS a bad name- I started using CVS to help supplement when they quit selling nicotine but thats about to change. I will say the actual pharmicist is nice but the rest of the store operates like they own it. Last I checked I thought it was a corporation. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL

Website says open until 8pm when in fact the pharmacy is closing at 6pm, found that out last night when I went to get my meds. Then today 7/8 I went to go get them and the pharmacy was closed all together today. How am I supposed to get my medication? I understand being short staffed but people can't go without their medication. And they don't EVER answer the phone.

Look at the overall rating, do not shop here, choose anywhere else.

I personally will never going here again. Would leave 0 stars if I could. They made me sit around for 4 hours in anguish to get my prescription filled then closed right as we show up to pick it up. (After they called us in to get it) Absolutely unacceptable.

After moving my prescription to a proper pharmacy like Safeway and getting it filled in 15 minutes, a week later I am still getting calls every day from CVS calling me in to get the prescription I already have (despite them being closed when they call)

They are not 24/7 and haven't been for a long time.

I can understand why people would review as 1 star, but I had good service with them. I transferred my medication to them from a Walgreens in Illinois and, while I did have to call them to check up on the status, I got it about two hours after I called (btw, it is very regulated, so I’m glad no issues came up). The automated system that answers may be hard to navigate for people who aren’t able to speak as well as just plain hard to navigate, but once that hurdle was jumped, it was good. The automated system isn’t something the store can change so. But it will be a 4/5 because I had to stay on top of them about my medication.

I’ve gone here for my meds for years, and today I finally broke. They have completely unpredictable hours, which is a problem when you need prescriptions. I’ve been without my prescription for a few days because of this. This store is horribly managed. Go to another pharmacy
