Dairy Queen Grill & Chill, Miles City MT

The claimed they didn't have chocolate icecream for our cones. First DQ I've been at that doesn't have chocolate icecream.

Staff were friendly and patient. Could use some remodeling and lots of flies in the dining area. Some food seemed freshly warmed, but some seemed like it had been sitting around.

I just ordered a bacon cheeseburger with only mustard and pickles. I got a double bacon cheeseburger with a small squirt of mustard and 3 pickles. It tastes good, but I’m sure I won’t be able to eat it all.
Update, I ordered 2 single bacon cheeseburgers with mustard, pickles and onions this week. The burgers were not freshly cooked. They were not even warm by the time I drove home. This is not what I expect from Dairy Queen! I want a hot burger like they used to be. If I want a precooked burger, I will go to McDonald’s.

I visited Dairy Queen today. The burgers were hot and delicious like I expect them to be. Thank you for making it right! I appreciate it.

Guy behind the register was very strange and hard to communicate with. Food came out wrong and unlabeled. We will avoid this restaurant in the future.

I was just in Today 3/17/23 @ 12: 10.
I made a simple order of 2 burgers w/ mayo and extra Veggies & Large Strawberry Shake. I checked both my burgers neither one has any Veggies.
The young man that took my order has said keep those I just put you another in. I guess the Manager, She took my tray. Instead of arguing I left.
I work, I do customer service at least I read my order and talk to the customers and seek customer Satisfaction. Too many mistakes that cost me time, Which I'm limited for lunch breaks.
I did not get a refund either.
I'm owed $21,97

I have a custom order every time I come here, and every time it is perfect and on point! Today was especially special because the Owner was in the kitchen and he prepared my custom order! BOOM! Hands down best one I have ever had! Customer service was brilliant as always. Everything Dairy Queen Team Member was smiling, and overall I added another phenomenal experience to my many phenomenal experiences at this Miles City, Montana Dairy Queen!

The restaurant is usually pretty clean. The family that ran the restaurant for years recently left and its now under new management. One of the pricier options for fast food but also one of the only options for ice cream in town unfortunately.

Website said DQ closed at 9: 00 p.m. I went there at 8: 43.lo and behold! Closed. Frustrating to say the least. Sign and drive through lights were on. Went back the next day, and all was fine.
