Dairy Queen Grill & Chill reviews
17Great service here with a short wait and good quality as Dairy Queen is known for. The child's cone was a bit smaller than we usually are served however.
The girl with the red hair named Allison
was really nice and got me my blizzard really fast will come back again amazing service
Best burgers and blizzards ever! Awesome crew and the manager Josh A.is always awesome and treats customers so well!
Went there Monday night- went inside a minimum of 8 staff- took 10 minutes to get 2 small blizzards- staff were socializing more than working and a lot of swearing… what has happened to “customer service “
My 4 year old daughter and I walked here for an evening treat. Before leaving the house I checked the hours online. It said they closed at 9pm. Upon reaching the door it was locked and the door hours said it closes at 10pm. We were here at 8: 15pm. The lobby had people inside. We waited for someone to leave to get inside. Nothing was posted on the door as to why it was locked. We got 2 treats out of the freezer and paid. One employee said "we are short staffed don't let people in. " The employees were rude, annoyed we were there, and not friendly. Where are the manager & owners?
It's okay. Blizzard's are decent. Service was subpar; hard to blame them for as slammed as they were.
First issue was on a mobile app order they didn’t give my son the soda. Second issue mobile app was missing 3 things lucky I checked order before I left. Had to wait for items while rest of order got cold. Third issue was order was wrong on a walk in. Ordered 2 pretzels and onion ring tried to give me fries instead. Lots of kids working but feel there is to much messing around.
What a joke. Placed a mobile order on the app, when we went to pick up our food, I’m assuming they didn’t look at the mobile ordering system as the guy who finally waited on us (after every other employee just looked at us), yelled “mobile order they are here”. The employee walked away not saying anything to us and we waited there for 20 minutes before someone handed us our bag of food. He didn’t have our blizzards, had to wait another 5 minutes for those. There were 8 or 9 employees standing around and nobody even acknowledged a little girl who was trying to ask for a straw. Two of the male employees got into an arguement in front of us with the one guy cussing out the other. Customer service was terrible.
Dairy Queen is supposed to be fun, because you're getting a treat! We ordered 3 items, 2 Blizzards and a Malt. The Blizzards were handed to us dripping all over our car for starters, and Blizzards are supposed to be frozen and thick, not liquid, so there's that. So, we asked for napkins and the girl didn't come back with those. There was also only "stuff" in the top inch of our Blizzards, so they didn't taste great either.
Not impressed with the service or the food, and we won't be back.
They need to clean really bad! It is very gross! Friendly staff very kind and helpful! Just very dirty!
I used the drive up around 12: 25pm and was greeted by a fast voice saying he would be there in a minute. He took my order and I paid for it at the window, then was told to drive up by the patio and wait! My order came which I took home and found the wrong dressing, a salad that would feed a child, not like what I got the time before. They seemed to not be organized at all.was disappointed this time.
Placed an online order with a specific time. I expected it to be ready when I got there. Got the food 10 minutes late. I waited another 10 minutes for drinks and desserts. Oops, they missed the blizzard. That took another 5 minutes.
The children had fallen asleep before I got back. Ordering ahead amounted to a wasted effort, energy, time and cash!
There food has changed alot over the years and highly recommend trying there stack burgers
My family and I went through the drive through to get Blizzards. The person at the window gave me the total. I told him I had a discount on the app, so he took my phone from me and closed the window. He came back a couple minutes later, handed me my phone and gave me the same total. I asked, even with the discount? He said it didn't work. He asked if I wanted him to try again, seeming kinda irritated that I would. I said yes. He took my phone again, closed the window and wondered off, for even Longer this time. He came back and said my phone went dark, asked if I could unlock it again. I did, and he wondered off again. He finally came back, gave me my phone back and gave me my new total. I don't know about anyone else, but I do NOT like when anyone takes my phone out of my view. If that is what is required to use the app, guess I won't be using the app anymore. When he did the flip upside down with the Blizzards, he had to do it quick, because they were melted and runny. There are 3 Dairy Queens in town, not sure I will go back to this one, at least not any time soon.
It was okay. I got an M&M blizzard which tasted quite good despite the fact that it was somehow melted when I got it. The service was subpar but not terrible and I would highly recommend using the drive thru instead of going inside. I also got fries that had what I believe to be human hair so yeah not the best Dairy Queen that I’ve been to.
Avoid at all cost, they messed up the order we didn't get everything, the place is run by a bunch of kids, that don't know what customer service is, very disappointed. And if I could rate this less than 1star I would. My daughter's meal was chicken strip basket her toast was hard as a rock the 10 to maybe 12 fries that came in the basket was pretty pathetic and soggy.
Food was made in a timely manner. Service could have been better. One young gentleman didn't turn the blizzard cup upside down when serving it to me. Bought a blizzard cake. Delicious. And the atmosphere was a little off. Young crew and a lot of talk amongst the crew. If they don't have anything to do during slow hours then at least find something, look busy or shovel the snow. All in all good place.
