Darlow's Ace Hardware, Superior MT

You really go back in time a few decades when you head downstairs to the ACE Hardware located in Darlow's. Back to a time when knowledgeable staff kindly directs you to exactly what you're looking for. They're normally my first choice should I need something for a home repair or improvement project.

Much like the supermarket the people that are very friendly. There is an assortment of merchandise to choose from. I do not remember if I used my Ace card or not or if they accepted the Ace Court for points. I did not spend that much money so it didn't seem that important. Has easy parking easy quick stop to get something at the supermarket and also release hardware. Also the same experience of friendly small town rural people that you would expect to find.

The number of times I have been extremely surprised and grateful to find parts to repair almost anything in this store are countless. My business would be a lot more difficult to operate if this store was so accommodating. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Thank you guys.

Incredibly helpful employees. We have been in multiple times over several days, as we work to resolve a water leak in our RV. Everyone is friendly, helpful and patient. It's a small place but they pack a lot in and have had everything we've needed or wanted to try. A big thank you to Ed, who has been our troubleshooting buddy!

When I'm there I go to the grocery store up upstairs and do some grocery shopping and I love that place

Had To Go There On a MINOR Personal Work Emergency To Repair The Tool. Necesarry For The Job I Was On. Which Had Created A Time. Crunch. The Staff Were Friendly and Helpful To Find The Parts I Needed Quickly (But Hey That's NOT Surprising This Is Mineral County MT Where a SuBPAR ANYTHING (Including An Ace) Would Just NOT BE TOLERATED BECAUSE HERE IN MINERAL COUNTY. WE DO THINGS 5 STAR. The RIGHT WAY

The rewards program doesn’t work. I spent hundreds just trying to use the coupon and never was able to put of five times there. The staff needs ace training, not training from other staff from upstairs.
