If you wanna get screwed go to the dash in, didn't get what we orders, burgers where dried out and tasteless, bring vesaline so it don't hurt so bad

Foods great, but their speakers are really bad. You can’t understand a single word they say and they repeatedly mess up your order because apparently they can’t hear you either.

Forgot two orders of tater tots and instead gave us one bag of way undercooked fries! Corn dog was also undercooked and doughy. Burgers were okay, but small.

An employee tried to give me and my grandmother the wrong order. We had to insist we had a different order until we got, and paid for, the correct one. We thought things were remedied. When we got home, my grandma's own order was missing and I heard her order it and it was repeated back. My grandmother called Dash Inn just to get an employee on the phone who was argumentative, saying that it wasn't there, and instead of making any attempt to remedy it by saying "I'm sorry I must not have heard I understand you want to come back for your missing order, we will have it for you" she was argumentative that it didn't happen and offered no remedy or apologies to the situation. We had no receipt to verify ourselves what was on the order nor were we offered one.

Terrible customer service.

The menu is being taken down and the prices are going up. The employee quality there does not reflect the price increase.

Food was ok at best. We’ve visited many times and this was by far the worst experience. The bigger girl wearing the chucky doll sweatshirt was rude beyond belief. She rolled her eyes at us when we asked for fry sauce. Hopefully the managers of this establishment will talk with their employees and strive to do better next time.

I love eating at the dash inn. It has so many options and memories thru the years. My daughter loves the pizza burgers without onions. You can even get in a wagon wheel. I know that they have managers that will work with u if you have an issue and customer service is important to the owner

This place has a lot to offer! Very tasty burgers and sandwiches. The menu is huge and is a lot to read for a drive up, so read it before hand if you can’t. The service is very quick and efficient, they will get you through the line quickly. It is one the best places in town for a good quality burger. They have a big drink selection and desserts. This place does not have RV parking and would hard to get in with a trailer so plan to park near by and walk if you have an RV. Prices are very reasonable and great value for what your getting.

Ordered our food, ordered 5 ranches had to ask for them still only got 4, the service was horrendous, asked for our food they forgot the girl at the window rolled her eyes slapped her hand against her mouth, they tried charging us 78$ for our order that was $51. The service there has gotten so bad that we hate going. The foods mediocre anymore the people working really need to get it together. Won’t be back any time soon!

I stopped here onJuly 6th and ate the best hand-dipped corn dog and crispy onion rings! The corn dog was hot and crispy and the coating on the onion rings remained ON the onion rings. This is definitely a new favorite and a fabulous place to visit in Lewistown. Do NOT miss this place!

We received the wrong burgers and extra fries we did not want. There were 5 of us, we asked for lots of ketchup and got one packet a piece. The meat was awful and had bits of gristle in it. It was take out so we did not know till we got back We were over charged for the burgers because we paid for doubles and got singles.

Great service but low quality food compared to the last 40+ years eating there. Hopefully changes will be made

The blonde that was working the drive up window had no customer service skill at all. My family wanted a blue raspberry waffle cone, peanut butter cup swirl, cookie dough swirl and some other ice cream. We got told that the only thing that they had was plain vanilla ice cream cones. That’s it. The person was rude, and put off that she didn’t want to do her job. I do not know who the manager is, I would be fixing this issue asap

This place is a GEM! Visiting from Iowa, had lunch here before heading home. Had the sourdough burger, and tots. Food was excellent, and very inexpensive, staff & service was exceptional. Cool little place on main Street, wish I could pack it up and take it home with me to Iowa! Thanks for the great experience Lewistown! I hope to be back!

Just a little drive-thru but packed with goodness. Our ice cream was delicious and just what we needed. The line was a little long and the service was not super friendly but not unfriendly either.

This is a great place. Last time we were here was about 2 or 3 years ago. We dream of going back and even joke about driving all the way to Montana just to have one of their Wagonwheel Burgers (yes they're that good).

Go here if you can.

I always get the same thing, a crispy chicken sandwich. It's Hit or Miss every time. The last time I ordered, the bun was burnt on both sides. Not just a little bit, but black. It ruined the flavor of the whole sandwich. They definitely would not have served that to the owner.
