Just called service to see about getting transmission work done on my Audi. Dave answered my call and didn’t even seem like he wanted to be there. Just told me no he wouldn’t be servicing my car and when I asked why. Hesitated on giving an answer. Don’t stay at the job if you don’t like it Dave.

Lied about how much it would cost to give us a quote. Would not ever go back or recommend them.

I'd give zero stars if I could. Purchased my car from them on March25. Didn't even make it to my second car payment and my car started beeping that it was overheating. Finally got it home and found that it was just dumping coolant onto the parking lot. Messaged the salesman about the issue, and got no help. Was told the engine work that was done to it prior to me purchasing the vehicle was in no way related to coolant issues. Very unhelpful. Thanks for selling me a lemon.

Went to get an alignment. $350 an hour. I was able to get it alignmened myself in 15 minutes.

Although there was a misunderstanding during my initial service visit to this dealership to have my 2022 PleasureWay Plateau TS, built on a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 3500XD, all has proven to be exceptional service since. The Mercedes service rep has been outstanding in his communication and addressing any of my concerns.

I have been going to Wayne at Demarios for literal years now and it's always the same warm, professional quality each and every time.

Prices were through the roof, had my car fixed somewhere else for 1/4 the price.
Customer service is poor and service takes forever on the service I did have them do. Wouldn’t go back!

Best experience I have ever had at a dealership! There is alot to be said about a family run dealership compared to a corporate run one. Absolutely no pressure. Wayne in sales and Scott in finance were a delight to work with. Straight forward, no BS and we were done in no time at all.

What a joke! Called on a saturday to buy a GMC cash the following week and told it was available getting prepped for sale and then got a call saying it was sold before it even hit the lot even though it was for sale all over the internet. Made full arrangements to come buy it even taking time off work just to be told this the following Monday. They must do business here different than normal dealerships I guess. Kuddos

2023 - Time estimates improved from 2022, oil change was projected at 1.5 hr and that is what it took.

The GM team takes great care of my caddy. The is no longer a Cadillac dealer in or around Missoula so I was lucky to find DeMarois GMC.
