We were in Billings for a job interview. We got right in. The staff evaluated the problem and had the service start the next day. Gave us a ride to and from our hotel. Very professional, kind, understanding. Had our vehicle back when promised. Will recommend your dealership to all. Thank you!

Great staff, we have bought a few vehicles from here.
They take care of our oil changes and maintenance on our Chevy's. It's nice to have the relationship and trust in the work that is being done on our vehicles.

Great professionals in the order process and provided timely and important updates. Once the car was delivered their orientation process was best in class. We established a good relationship with Denny Menholt Chevrolet with our C7 and they have taken it to an entirely new level with their performance on the C8. 15 years a go i got a mustang from a salesman there one of the things he showed me was a car fax with never a accident to the car. So i got it. On selling the car last year i find there was an accident but the paperwork was not filed tell ownership was mine. I don't like lies.

My old car broke down on me and honestly I was dealing with some not so good service at another place in town. When I came to Denny Menholt it was the turn around to a not so good week for vehicles. Kendall was a friendly, patient, and knowledgeable sales person. He spent time making sure everything was right, making sure my old car could get towed, and ultimately helping provide info on a new to me car that I love so far! Great experience.

The customer service and the availability of staff was amazing. I had purchased a 2021 corvette convertible from a local Chevy dealer close to where I live in Feb 2021 and had a terrible experience. I decided to purchase the 2022 corvette convertible from Denny Holtman Chevy and so glad I did. Both Don & Shelby are a terrific team and I travel often and at times not always accessible, but between text, email and just a few calls I was able to be kept very very informed. Also the type of purchase requirements I utilize are at times unique, but both Shelby & Don made it seamless. As a final note, please be aware I live thousands of miles from Denny Holtman, but it seemed I was right next door. Awesome job and I will be back for my 2023 Z06.

Poor experience. After verifying a vehicle in inventory I drove 2 hours to view said vehicle. Upon arrival I Was then informed by salesperson Eric (shorter Hispanic male) that the vehicle had been sold “quite some time ago”, and proceeded to pawn me off to another salesperson. Beyond disappointed. I’ve been a longtime customer of Denny menholt. Never again. Took my business to Lithia Toyota where I was treated with honesty and respect.

Worst car buying experience ever!
Discussed trading an existing vehicle on Monday and was constantly asked to sign something from beginning. Met with credit mgr prior to making deal and discussed number of hits that would be made to my credit record.
Was told they would make several to find me BEST rate! When arrived on Saturday to complete paperwork was thrown a piece of paper that said my rate would be X%. Told them there was no way I would pay that with my credit history. Then was asked what I wanted to pay and ended up with a rate 2% lower! Became very upset and ended up signing paperwork that was backdated! The sales process was always very high pressure with a many pieces of paper being presented and walked off with and nothing left for reference. Brought a low mileage used vehicle and still don't know what I actually have for warranties in print from dealership! Salesman Tony Eleazer kept telling me he was ONLY the Salesman when I complained. I would never, ever go to Menholt Chevrolet ever to buy another vehicle.

We are from out of the area and had some vehicle trouble on our way home from snowmobiling. The employees from Denny Menholt Chevrolet went far beyond what was expected of them. They professionalism and customer service was more than we could have ever imagined. A big shout out to our service manager, Don king. Thanks for everything!

I did an online inquiry on a vehicle and within a couple of hours I received a text from Shelby Mott. The original car I was looking at was already sold but she found another that fit what we were looking for. Within 90 minutes of arriving at Denny Menholt we were driving home in our new to us vehicle. The entire transaction was flawless! Thank you Shelby!

Everyone that has or wants to buy a new vehicle knows the feelings of uncertainty and mischievous gut wrenching vibes of feeling like you got messed over with buying a new vehicle ever! With me only being 26 and all the way from the boot (Louisiana) on my 5th new vehicle purchase let me tell ya…… my man Mr. Mike Besaw Jr.has completely abolished that feeling for the first time with the purchase of my 3500 LTZ Silverado Duramax! Not only did he exceed my expectations and wants to get the numbers to work well past what I wanted. He made everything a breeze and actually fun to shop for a new vehicle so he’s got a customer for life from my family and I. I would gladly drive 26 hrs just to make another purchase from him and the team at this Chevy dealership. Hands down the best out there by far! Thank You Mr. Mike Besaw Jr.and I’m totally loving the power and luxury of the DMAX!

I will never use Denny Menholt Chevrolet for anything in the future. Due to poor communication and an incompetent attitude toward customer service, the service department refused to release my car to the towing company. When I called to inquire about the hassle, the employee decided to spring previously unmentioned charges. I've been dealing with this location for over a month, and it's been miserable.

The doors were opened to let us in as soon as we arrived. We were greeted by 2 different people and David was paged since he wasn't in his office. The oil change was done in n hour and no other issues were noted. We enjoyed talking to a gentleman who was also in the waiting area. Our coupon was accepted and I bought raffle tickets to support Special Olympics. That was a great day! Thank you.

Gus has one of the hardest jobs in the world but he listens to you. His no judgment personality is greatly appreciated by me. Over the years at other dealerships I felt that some service work was not warranted and I paid for services I did not need. Gus has never pushed for services I did not really need. Gus has earned my trust and my loyalty

Timing, service, friendliness all good. I expressed concern via the online email platform to the dealership and received zero reply in 3 days meaning nobody cares whatsoever. I had a bad experience on my 1st oil change last year where the door was damaged so badly it required a full repaint over 3 days. This was taken care of by the dealership but my observations of fingerprints and handprints on various surfaces of my dirty truck this time shows little concern for the paint job of a 58k truck. I asked for info on warranty ect and received no reply.ultimately I'm inclined to drive to Hardin for service at the nearest Chevy dealership at this point unfortunately. Don't ignore people, and don't treat a 2020 58k pickup like it's a 94 civic POS when it's in your shop would be my advice.

I purchased a warranty for a lost key when I bought my truck. I tried using it and it was voided because I only received 1 set of keys from Denny Menholt. Watch the fine print when they try to sell you warranties.

I just feel like they’re fast talking slick car salesman that are shady with smoke and mirror tactics… I bought a $900 rim and tire and he said he mounted and balanced it for me I said that should’ve been free and he said no nothing is free… I bought two vehicles in a year and they wouldn’t even come off a Toneau cover for all the mishaps I’ve been through… These people clearly just care about theirselves and nobody else. I see it… I bought a used truck with 9500 miles on it for $49,800 and when I traded it in it had 11,600 miles and they gave me a whopping $47,700… So for 2000 miles I took a $2000 loss on it… And you don’t call that shady… These people are ruthless… I’ll never make the mistake of ever going back their again. WATCH OUT FOR MIKE BESAW JR.
