Dickey's Barbecue Pit, Billings MT

Went in tonight and was treated horribly. Had to leave because no one would help me. The guy behind me was even helped before me. No one smiled or acknowledged I was there. Very disappointed because my family and I loved getting bbq there. Will never return.

The food was so good! My teenage son and husband got enough to eat! The crew on 12/31/21 was absolutely amazing and so fun to watch them work!

Great BBQ. Staff is awesome. Our Sunday routine. Especially since kids eat free on Sunday. Can't get any better than that.

Always great people. Love the ice cream! And who can complain about the food! I love my meats! And theirs has no comparison!

Awesome barbecue and excellent staff. Very friendly and accommodating. The check out guy is very entertaining. I love this place!

I try to go here every trip I make to Billings. Love the brisket, chicken, coleslaw and potato salad.which are all gluten free. Free soft serve ice cream, which I try not to get but it is so good:). Service has always been fast and pleasant. Thank you!

Awesome place, very tasty home made food, and very friendly staff. Would definitely come here again. Free ice cream on the house was a bonus sweet surprise.

Wish I could say this was a good experience but the food was cold by the time it got to us and seemed pretty lazily made (they decided they didn't need to add the extras onto either of our stuff for whatever reason). Not impressed.

This place is great! I am not a barbecue person but this food was good! And the baked potato really was a meal on its own.

The caterer was not only unprofessional but messed up the pricing and delivery time for our food. As we needed to increase our order two weeks prior to the event, we needed to contact the caterer to verify the order. It took us 4 days to get in contact with her. And once we got her on the phone, there was a screaming baby right by the speaker so we couldn’t hear her very well. On this phone call we verified the pricing on the order as well as the time for the food to be set up. On the day of the wedding, the food showed up 45 minutes late and once it was all set up, we verified what we owed and the caterer quoted us at 12.95 per plate and the guy that helped set up told us we were charged 13.95 per plate.they are going to refund us our money as they will honor the quoted price, but that means that we have to get in contact with the caterer again and that could take another week to get a hold of her. The food was excellent but the professionalism and experience from the catering was horrible.

We always love their food! We are SUPER bummed that they took the fried okra off the menu! This was the only place I’ve ever gotten it and it’s actually done right. Otherwise everything else is great.

So disappointing.

We ordered through DoorDash and parts of our order were missing. The drinks didn't have straws. I think the worst part was the food was cold the fat coagulated on the brisket. I won't be back.

We eat here at least once a week maybe more! Brisket and Pulled Pork, Mac&Cheese, Baked Beans, Onion Strings, Corn bread muffins and extra dinner rolls with honey and you know you can't forget the Barbeque sauce! But you need to get sweet and Spicy!

We ordered the brisket and chicken, green beans salad and Mac n cheese for my wedding. Not only was it on time and set up the gentleman stayed helped serve but away and saved me some mac n cheese! So much food for my guests and not a single complaint. So grateful to Dickeys for taking care of everything. Reasonable prices and we love their sauces!

Wish I could give this place 10 stars. The best brisket I've ever had in my life was here for lunch today. I ordered up the 3 meat plate and was not disappointed, the chicken looked dry but like they say don't judge a book by it cover and this proved it today the chicken was not dry at all.the flavor's were there. Good every work trip we have coming out to Montana I Will request to be on it so I can come back from Chicago. The staff was great friendly and curious.smile and thank you to them.

10 out of 5 all day! Just went there I was craving barbecue and they Delivered! By far the best pulled pork I've had in a while. Cool atmosphere and they offered us free ice cream! The Mac and cheese is to die for. Very friendly staff and excellent service. I Would recommend anyone downtown area to grab some pulled pork!

Very disappointed. Found a few unrecognizable items in my brisket. Sent pictures via Facebook and got a response that they were bristles from the basting brush and that they would change the brush out and get back to me. Still waiting 2 weeks later for them to get back to me. Nothing about refunding or replacing the food we didn't eat after finding it. Also baked beans tasted like they were dumped from a Bush's can. Definitely we're not baked beans.

Love Dickey's! I've placed my order on the app and stopped in to pick it up. The people this time were nice and my order had always been complete. The waffle fries are better when you dine in.

First time eating here, ordered through Uber eats. Did the 2 for 24$ meals ordered 4 different meats so my husband and I could share and an order of fried okra. Got two of the same meals and my ribs were not good! My brisket was burnt and hard. And no okra! Sides were good. It did take over and hour and a half to get and I called to get a resolution because of the no okra and same meals…. He said he’d give me a refund, we shall see….

Hey Dicky’s how hard is it to issue a refund? I’ve called twice now. Manager had the worst customer service!

Still no response from anyone. It’s one thing to be charged for food I didn’t get but to also be ignored.

Highly recommend their Macaroni dish! Macaroni topped with shredded brisket and cheese. Very very filling - about $9, paired with $2.50 slider, loaded with your choice of meat!
