Domino's Pizza, Billings MT

Ordered online, it was ready on time, however no extra cheese on pizza, no garlic chicken wings, even though the box is clearly marked chicken. Instead we got 2 orders of bread. Called them, they agreed to credit my order. Now I wait 2-3 business days to see if it happens.

All was ok but had to make 2 separate orders if one is one $50 when paying cash. Otherwise, service and time it took to pick up was reasonably

Order was ready.contactless carryout had been requested.no one else waiting.and our order continues to wait in the store. We had to go in and ask for it anyway. So, pretty much a joke!

Repeat visit to pick up a friend’s order — staff was not masked up. Makes me want to throw the pizza away.

I'm shocked an appalled, I love domino's it is literally my favourite pizza joint, but my park bread bites barely had any parm/garlic seasoning on them, an the bottom of them were burnt. I could honest let that slide if that was all, but then to top this all off my pizza is squished together, there's pizza sauce on the top of the pizza box like it was bouncing around in delivery. I'm just shocked.

Walked in and had to watch while the two customers in front of me didn’t have their orders made properly. Bad sign of things to come. When it was my turn found out that my order was marked as done but wasn’t actually done. I heard the manager yell out pizza was coming out wrong. Food turned out well but clearly something going on. Your experience might vary.

I have been ordering from Domino's for 20 years now I'm allergic to marinara sauce so I have always had alfredo I called last night 2/24 to order two pizzas to be delivered and they were going to charge me extra for alfredo sauce they said it was a specialty item so I hung up and called Pizza hut I don't feel if somebody is allergic to something they should be charged extra️

Pizza was good. Chicken and pasta were not well cooked. I was not happy that they don't have a drive-up window as I am handicapped and use a walker.

They're super good although I think it's the texture of the crust is cardboard like if you got a paper plate away and heated it up in the microwave and bit into it it would resemble the crust although the agregious are super good and the staff's pretty dope

All the people in the store cant come up with enough change to give me 75 bucks back on a 100. That is in store. On a saturday night! Clowns! Pizza hut has no problem give out enough change!

We ordered our pizza in store and decided to sit and wait. While we were there we watched both cooks and other employees touch money, keyboards, pens and hats and not one person washed their hands before handling our food the entire time. The younger cook that took our order lacked customer service skills and made our visit very confusing/ uncomfortable.

Fantastic pizza every time I've ordered, which is fairly frequently. Their delivery times are average. Prices seem a bit high, but worth paying due to the quality of the pizza.

Food tasted good but was pretty sparse on the meat on the sandwiches. They deleted our online order and had to wait 10 minutes while they cooked it. Messed up one item and didn't even cut the overcooked cheesy bread. It was a hassle. Would probably not go to this location again.

The food was good after they made it twice and this is not my first occasion experiencing this at this location. This particular location has it set up for dine in as an option also. If you're a family that orders two liter bottles of soda f.y. I.you better bring your own cups because they don't have any. Instead they'll try to sell you the individual single serve 20 ounce bottles for $1.89 each that includes water. They do sell cold two liter bottles though just be ready to use two hands! Personally for the money you can have a much better experience elsewhere.

My name is Blaze McCoy I literally order pizza from you guys as much as my wallet allows me to. I want to say thank you to Wesley and tucker and all the other amazing drivers that come to willow bend with a smile. Thank you to everyone who makes my pizza, never an issue. The only problem I have is me not having enough money too tip your well deserving employees / drivers.

I love Dominos! The delivery staff are always so nice. I remember one time, they accidentally forgot to bring the 2 liter bottle of root beer I ordered, so the delivery driver personally went to the gas station and bought me 6 bottles of root beer. I couldn't believe it. Another time, the driver handed off the pizza to me, and I (being clumsy af) dropped it, and they insisted that I be refunded for it. So amazing! I'll never go anywhere else for pizza.

Ordered pizza from here and it came two hours after the order was placed! I think they need a new manager jeez.

Extremely disappointed. I ordered a medium cheese pizza and a salad. Been waiting an hour and when I called they told me they would get it out when they could. Great. Should have just cancelled the damn order, since now it'll be cold and my kids already ate something else because they couldn't wait any longer.

Need to let people know when ur gonna raise delivery prices. Ten bucks Almost for cinnamon twists alone probably won't be ordering for awhile after this order. NOT TRYING TO SAY ANYTHING BAD BOUT FOOD OR PEOPLES SERVICE JUST UNKNOWN PRICE CHANGE

We've online ordered here twice in the last year, Mostly for convenience of location relative to our house. The online service and process was fairly straight forward. No problems or stress there. Then you're given an estimated pick up of your order time. Also, nice is periodic electronic progress updates. Fine, times inevitably did come to go complete the transaction. And,.. No. Was given what was said to be complete order only to get home to find the wrong pie altogether, and missing a two liter drink. So, a direct phone call proved to be neigh impossible with their listed number so I physically returned. We were offered our original pizza order no start. Mind you it's almost 2hrs old at this point, so I declined it asking for a fresh make. It was agreed, so I got that, and they provided the missing and forgot to give to me drink that was ordered also. Well sort of. It was a20oz. Personal soda size drink. Not knowing the size we payed for online I returned naively once again to the misses. I was promptly informed of how inept and, hu-hem, moronic the pizza place obviously was, and I was half dumb for excepting this small drink. TO BE FAIR I WASN'T GIVEN A DRINK SIZE TO FETCH, ONLY THAT THERE WAS ONE. Anywho, suppose we can just call it a bad night, forgive n forget. Well 3 months later pizza ease and price dinner hankering was upon us again so we gave it another go,
Yeeeeeaah, NNO! It was a whole new gambit of idiocy taxing the remainder of our night with wasted time and just, uhh why? There s a whole phone interaction in this story also that is just dripping with braindamage that I could moan on about, but you get the idea, so.well, yeah not a big fan of this place me nor my family. How this helps

Not happy at all! I'm done with Dominos. I ordered BONELESS chicken wings! And they sent me the one with the bones so I wasted my $12. For nothing! This isn't the first time they messes up my order. I would call and tell them but like I said this has happened more then once!
