Domino's Pizza, Miles City MT

Wife and I broke down on the hwy and these pizza wizards hooked us up with some bomb pasta and pizza! Thanks guys

I never liked Domino's but this location is different, they have the crust that is so fluffy and I actually look forward to eating it.

Went to place a carry out order and it said masks required. It’s been proven masks don’t work and it’s literally April 2023. If they are this stupid just imagine them trying to make your food.

The last two times I’ve ordered it has been a two hour wait. The first time I called the supposed “manager” was very rude. The second time this happened I called again and asked when I would receive my order and the employee told me he had no clue. Order a day in advance I guess if you don’t want to wait.

The last three orders have taken over an hour and a half to get a single pizza. The last order I am waiting on currently, the time keeps getting bumped from 60 minutes and now up to 90 minutes? ! That’s ridiculous. Won’t order again.

Took almost 2 hours to get our order and it was missing items. Called to inform them and that we were upset for a two hour wait when the order number said 30-40 min. Spencer hung up on us and told us that there was nothing he could do about it because he was having his driver go as fast as possible. Absolutely rude, and terrible customer service! That poor driver! To top it off, the poor driver brought us our missing items and they were the wrong ones. Won’t be ordering from this store again until they get better management. Don’t even want to give them a 1 star.

They have to have a minimum of 20 dollars to be able to deliver but in the past I've had less that 20 dollars and still have had delivered to me without and complications

Placed my order. Said the delivery driver was in my neighborhood I wanted another 1hr at this point it's been 2 hrs waiting for my pizza. I never received my order and the delivery track said complete. While I sit with no food and out the money!

Best place in town to order pizza. Excellent pizza and fast delivery. They have consistently provided good food and service, through covid and employee shortages, power outages and storms.

I'll stick with the Local Mom & Pop Pizza Restaurants. Big Chain Restaurants don't give to the community or take care of employees. Consumers need to be aware of this in these times.

When we picked up our food last night, it looked like an advertisement for Domino’s! It was incredible looking and tasting.

Micheal provided excellent service. When we inquired about food allergens, he immediately verified the ingredients. Our pizza was absolutely delicious. Thank you very much.

Very fast delivery and pickup services. Workers are all friendly and helpful. Never had a problem with a order. Drivers have even returned in a short time just to drop a fork off that was forgotten to be added into the delivery.
