5We loved the location and views. However, we think it is inappropriate for park hosts to display their political flags and opinions on our public lands. Flying a flag that states “no more bullshit” is not appropriate.
Noisy neighbors and people showing up near midnight to set up. The reservation system stinks because they can make you move after you setup and paid the fee because the reserved sign mysteriously disappeared then blame you for the sign disappearing. I will never go back again.
The location is excellent, but it is terrible for tent camping. Our site was all gravel. We found a patch of uneven grass less than two feet from the main loop. Either put some pads down or don't advertise it as tent friendly.
If you have an RV it's outstanding, I bet.
I fished here a few weeks ago.it was really nice.didn't catch any fish but caught lots of mosquito bites.
Such a beautiful spot. Not a lot of sites so not a lot of people. Can't wait to come back
