Decent hotel, clean rooms, nice gyms. I left my glasses in my room and called the hotel as soon as I discovered it. They mailed them to me and I had them back within the week.
What's 6'3", loves a beer and this hotel with two thumbs? This guy! The service was excellent. The shuttle was very accommodating. Above and beyond. Keep rockin the great service.
The worst hotel i have ever stayed.rude people at the reception, dirty rooms, bad service! I do not recommend this hotel.
Good service. Was able to call direct from airport to have shuttle pick me up. Very close to bars and restaurants.
I’ve never stayed in a hotel with such thin walls. Currently listening to my neighbors phone conversation. I can hear every word as if he was in my room. EVERY WORD. Restaurant is sad and understaffed (the one waitress was working way too hard to manage the restaurant by herself). Aren’t they supposed to give me a cookie at checkin? No cookie for me. Hotel parking is severely lacking in the garage. If you are a business traveler, definitely choose Homewood or even the Home2. I won’t be back.
Had our church staff dinner in the Montana Sky. Food was great beautiful view of the city and Heather was great. Very attentive, a smile on her face and helped make the night great.
Was their for a training, had issue after issue. Would not recommend this place for anyone of the BIPOC community. Heard so many accounts of being treated badly by other people in the training we where all Indigenous. I have stayed in Hilton for my medical travels for years. Never have I been treated so badly in a hilton hotel. Extremely disappointed.

The hotel is nice, and the rooms are nice, but the mattresses are so worn out. I’m Very disappointing.
The stay was good, but be sure to check out and not just drop off your room keys like we did. I saw a $26 charge on my card for room service that was ordered the evening of the day we checked out. I don’t know how my cc stayed on file for the next guests stay, but it took some back and forth with the hotel before it was realized that we had checked out before the room service order was placed. The Guest Services Manager seemed to be more focused on trying to convince me that my children may have ordered room service without my consent than to simply check dates to see that the order was placed after we had already checked out. It’s concerning that my cc somehow stayed on file for the next guest stay in that room. They are giving me a credit, but it’s the time and frustration of their error that I am not compensated for.
Had a very nice stay here. Great location in town close to tons of restos and shopping. People were super friendly. Attended a conference here and the rooms and food were good. Wasn't overly impressed with the bed or the shower, but rooms were pretty quiet and clean.
Are stay and service was good, Montana Sky Restaurant was very tasty, but some how they charged our card for a extra $180 which put us in a little bit of a financial bind! The issue with us is that the managers weren't not working on the weekends so they were not willing to take a few minutes and help correct the issues then and there. They pretty much said sorry you will have to wait til Monday. We were not impressed by that. If you put somebody in a bind like that with their weekend money you should fix it as soon as possibly.
Isaiah and Luke know the meaning of great customer service! After a very long day of driving, I was welcomed with warm smiles, warm cookies, and helpful, friendly attitudes. So refreshing to see front desk staff embodying exemplary hospitality. Great job!
