I got the pleasure of visiting the Dumas Brothel back in July 2023. My visit was during the day on a Saturday and learned a lot from the owner about the history. I got to walk around and take in the history. Also, I must pass on for anyone interested in the paranormal side. There was a lot happening during the daytime, and I am looking forward to visiting sometime in the future.

It was closed and when contacted the number on door never got a response even though said to call for tour was super disappointing. Was excited to do even though pretty expensive at $20 per person, but the experience would of been a memory so worth it!

Keep in mind if you visit that this is an historical building and they are working to repair it. I highly recommend doing one of their Saturday tours- you get a great history of the town and the building. It's very fascinating. The owners are putting a lot of thought and care into the preservation of the building and its history.

Very creepy even from the outside. We didn't get to go in because they were closed. But I have been wanting to see this place for a long time.

What an amazing tour Mr. Ted was so knowledgeable and fun to hang out with. I was actually able to catch some activity on camera, which I will share. I gotta get back to Butte, so much history, and to me, a kind of addictive past. Love you, Butte is definitely a beautiful spot. Thank you Butte for such wonderful hospitality!

I am just still reeling from today's (July 8th 2023) tour of the Dumas Brothel, I contacted Ted Ackerman yesterday in regards to a history tour of the Dumas and we were not disappointed, it was just Ted, my boyfriend and myself.intimate and perfect. The Dumas has had a piece of my heart for a really long time, it is sad to see her in disrepair, I was hoping the new owners would invest in bringing this beautiful lady back to life. I could see the beauty beyond the dust. Taking down the pannled walls between the rooms on the right and turn it back into a bar/sitting room

Stabilizing the basement and floors
Fixing the leaks and the foundation
Putting back in the spiral stare see with ornate metal banaster upstairs with twisted metal spindles

Of this lady would shine once again if someone took the time and effort

This place was awesome. Ted provided a private and detailed tour! I could have stayed there for hours. The property has great potential. Just needs to be stabilized and straightened up a bit. Thanks again!
