Had a rear window done on 07 doge, best price and great job of clean -out of broken glass! Taking my F-150 next week.
I brought my Explorer in to have a new windshield put in as it was cracked when I purchased from a dealership. They did a great job with the install. However with that being said I more than likely will never be back. They left a huge mess in my car. I just had it cleaned inside and out. They left debris all over my dash and passenger seat. They stepped all over both the driver and passenger door sills with dust and dirt and also had dirt and dust all over the inside of both doors. Left hand prints on my hood. Horrible.
They do all my glass work. Am always happy when I leave. Polite, fast and one call. 3 hrs. Later there and done.
Outstanding company! I have been impressed by the quality of the service, speed, price, and just how well all of the glass I order is cut.
If they say that it will take 2 days, it will take 1. I probably would not go anywhere else for my glass needs

I appreciated the windshield repair & the price of the service itself. Although, I was very taken back when I found two of my personal possessions broken. I had a phone mount attached to my old windshield that is now completely unusable because it was broken by the technicians. I do wish I had taken that off myself to prevent this from happening but I would also hope a company would have respect for others possessions. But most of all I’m hurt by the fact that my most sentimental item in my car was broken into two pieces. I had a rosary from a dear family member that passed it along to me draped around my mirror. I’m not sure how this was broken as badly as it was or even at all. I don’t appreciate that no one said anything to me after handing me my keys. It was clearly placed in my cup holder so I know the technicians were aware of both possessions being broken. I’m very skeptical of using this company for anything in the future.
Update: Shandi from this office called me several days after this incident to see if they could reimburse me for any broken items. For that, I really do appreciate this business trying to right their wrong with customers.
