Had a few laser hair removal sessions. Liked Kaycee the most; asked for her for my future appointment but invariably got someone other than Kaycee. Then I got Nicole. She did not do a thorough job so I asked to return just to finish it off. I was polite through it and yet, and ex Nicole does not have training in customer service, tried to argue her way out of it, constantly responding with "like I said" whenever I defended my point. "Like I said" is a phrase showing total obstinacy and a closed mind. I am done with Elan Medical

I see Nickole for massage and cupping therapy and she is my favorite. I love the look of Elan and all the ladies are so sweet. I'm excited that they have a monthly plan as well. They offer so much more than you could imagine!

I just moved here from Denver and called around to find a new Botox/filler business to go to here in Billings. Carly was so helpful on my first phone call. She texted me specials and kept in contact. I made my first appointment for both Botox and lip fillers. Melissa was AWESOME. I could not be happier with my results - (best EVER and I’ve been doing this for 15 years). Melissa is an RN, an expert at what she does plus very, very pleasant to be around. The entire experience was very positive and I have excellent results after my treatments.
