3The chow hall (I mean dining facility), is the place to eat. Served up by military members.
I had lunch here and the food was decent. However, I didn’t see any waitstaff at all and I wasn’t checked on once through my entire meal. I opted to not leave a tip, especially since I was expected to clear my own dishes. Also, they do not offer a military discount which is surprising.
Overall a solid DFAC. A decent amount of choices for a somewhat smaller base compared to other DFAC's I have eaten at. I tried everything from the lunch sandwiches, burger grill, pizza, and the daily specials and was not disappointed. And as always, the prices at the DFAC will usually be pretty cheap compared to other lunch options on base or right around the base.
UPDATE Sep 2022: Still solid. Wife even likes grabbing food from here in a pinch for her and the kiddos.
