These steps go up and they go down. That's about it. As far as steps go, they do their job, and they do their job well. Go up! Go down! Have fun!

Discovered this by typing in points of interest along our travels. A nice side trip. Was a little hard to locate steps (but I imagibe that was the point)! We started from behind Conrad's mouseleum to the path, then took the left fork.
