I stayed 2 nights in the third week of September. 2 weeks later and I still have yet to be refunded over $700 for the room incidental hold. The phone number to this hotel doesn’t work, so I can’t even talk to anyone about the insane amount of time it’s taken to give me my money back. I’ll never stay here again.

We stayed here the first of two nights in Livingston due to an error in our travel booking (we left a day early somehow). And it was wonderful! Definitely book in advance if you don't want to pay a premium.

Both front desk workers we interacted were friendly and accommodating. The hotel is new and extremely clean. Since we arrived late, we were placed in a room right next to the elevator. I was worried about potential noise because I'm a light sleeper, but I never woke up. The free breakfast is your usual fare. Overall, I was very pleased with our stay. I would come back!

Stay here all the time for work and haven't had any issues. Good breakfast and nice gym.

Over 300 USD per night for a two star hotel? You must have forgotten you are not Ritz-Carlton.

Solid hotel. I suppose a smidge overpriced, but I understand supply/demand plays a factor here. Very standard hotel. Nothing more nothing less. Nothing wrong with it at all though.

Our family of six with four kids all under the age of 7 were on a trip from Ohio across country when we ran into some mechanical issues and had to put our car into the shop before finishing our trip. This hotel was beyond amazing at accommodating us with an early check in, a late check out, and just making sure all of our needs were met. I won’t forget the kindness this hotel showed me and my family during this unforeseen circumstance.

We had to walk everywhere and it was pretty safe with crosswalks and most places were about a mile or less away that you would need. It’s also a great hotel for the location!

Terrible customer service. Incoming guest and called to ask a question. The front desk lady said she didn’t have time to help me because she had guests standing in front of her.

For $340 a night for a ‘nothing special’ hotel. You would think they would treat their guests better.

This was a great night stay with clean rooms and a nice outdoor pool. Easy to get on and off the interstate and not as busy of a town as some other options in I90.

Great price for the area. Everything was clean. Ashley at the front desk was very welcoming and was able to accommodate our needs. Breakfast was good.

What stands out from this hotel is the incredible staff and excellent customer service. From the manager to the front desk to the night crew everyone was warm and pleasant making sure all our needs were met. There was a small power outage but the attitude of the staff was incredible. I couldn't be happier with how they handled it. The rooms are incredibly clean as is the rest of the hotel. The one thing that put a damper on this stay was the location. It is in a very small remote town with almost nothing around. We were unable to find decent food, restaurants or anywhere to go at night. Driving to Bozeman was a 30 mile trip on a two lane highway and at night it is pitch black so the only thing guiding you are your headlights. It was enough to not want to come home after sundown for sure but then we ran into not having any food to eat at night. The town in itself is nothing special. There is literally nothing around except for an Albertson's a McDonnalds, a Taco bell and some Mexican restaurant. I don't recommend staying here if you have business in Bozeman or if you like dining out in the evenings. This hotel is great for a 1 night stay while you start heading to Yellowstone in the morning. Drive to Yellowstone park is 1 hour from here.

It's really expensive for a Fairfield, but the hotel, staff, and rooms are all excellent. It is very conveniently located near the freeway with easy access to Gardiner and Yellowstone.

The main drag with shops and food is a mile or so away, and there is no Uber or Lyft in Livingston. We ended up asking locals for rides to and from dinner and had a great time.

The pool, hottub, and fitness center are all very well maintained and clean.

This place is pretty legit. The bathrooms were roomy for a change which I always like, and the shower was solid. Room was clean, and I didn’t personally use them but they had a pretty cool looking exercise room and pool / hot tub.

Front desk staff Cienna was super cute and friendly and didn’t mind chatting with me a little bit about life in Livingston (which I didn’t know existed prior to this trip). Also recommended a pretty good Mexican restaurant and gave me some tips for the road.

Breakfast was … a hotel breakfast, enough said about that. But I got calories and coffee in me before hitting the road again.

Surroundings are pretty, and if you can’t make it to Bozeman this is a great place to stop off. As far as hotel experiences go this was the best out of all that I stayed in on this 5 day trip. That’s saying something. Cheers:)

The king room was very small and the television did not work. The hot tub was out of order when on the site it said nothing about it being down. This hotel is way to much for it's room rates! I am very disappointed with staying here.
The king room was very small and cramped. The shower and bathroom were nice. The television did not work and not a great selection of channels to choose from. This place is very overpriced!

The hot tub was down and there was no mention of that on their site. Literally came to stay here to relax in the hot tub while the kids swam and I can’t even do that.
Disappointing
