My husband I and live in a rural area, and commute for work. One month, we had experienced a glitch with our payment online. Michele was very quick to respond and dedicated to making sure that our coverage didn't lapse due to a technical glitch. I utilized their convenient text to chat with an agent and she was very quick to respond. Michele and the other folks in their branch are amazing. She was even willing to check that out payment went through on her weekend. I would highly recommend them.

Bryan met us at the door and was well prepared for our meeting. I liked that he gave us options and recommendations, but didn’t try to influence us. We had some questions and he looked into them and we met again the next week. Again he was well prepared and instructed us how to install the Farmer’s Insurance app as well as the electronic signature and paperless option. We enjoyed our time with him and feel confident that he will fulfill all of our expectations for years to come.
