Absolutely great people to work with! We were able to secure a loan to build our new home in the Bitterroot. It was our pleasure to work with Kimberly Kendrick and Andrew Breeden, they were extremely helpful and so very patient with us as the build took an extended amount of time due material shortages during the disastrous COVID period. We then secured our Mortgage loan through them as well.

Our experience with Farmers State Bank is through their Mortgage Loan Department. They were extremely helpful in facilitating our Construction Loan/Mortgage. The application process was easy to complete and our loan officer, we felt, went above and beyond making sure that our needs were met. She periodically contacted us by phone throughout the construction process so that when it came time to convert the loan into a mortgage it went off without a hitch. We would definitely use FSB again and would have no hesitation recommending them to others.

My wife and I have used Farmers for our home loan and we opened a savings account. They are amazing at sending statements that make sense and everyone we have spoke with is very nice.

Nearly everyone I've dealt with since moving to the valley over 2 years ago has been super nice. Coming from a large metropolitan area this has been a real upgrade versus what we have experienced at large multi-state/international banks. That being said, the mobile and online services are at least one if not two generations behind what we have been accustomed. The mobile service is constantly forgetting my cell number which causes me to resynch our accounts like I'm a new user. A bit frustrating to say the least. Patiently waiting for their systems to catch up with the outside world. I'm sure they will get it right eventually.
