FedEx Office Print & Ship Center reviews
17I want to personally thank Ben at FedEx in downtown Missoula. I just lost my best friend and wanted to make a copy of a handwritten memento for his family. Ben was so gracious in providing me with excellent, careful service. The quality copies of my late friend’s work are treasures we can keep. Wonderful humans deserve support. Thank you so much Ben, it means more than you know what you have done for me today.
0 stars! Delivery instructions said not to deliver on Saturday or Sunday, they decide to try delivering on those days and now they have my package on hold and seem to act like its not their problem at all! Says they require more delivery information but wont take any information i give them. Go with UPS, always on time and can actually take down instructions
FedEx cannot seem to find our address to make deliveries, though the house has been here since 1940. Would appreciate being able to get to a representative thru their ‘contact us’ but I can’t. FedEx - please tell me there is a way you can learn to find my address. Please!
This location was closed today when it should have been open to Saturday delivery for Priority Overnight. It wasn't. Cost my customer 2-3 days of additional downtime. Why was I able to create a label for Saturday delivery when the location it was shipped to on Saturday was closed? !? ! Get it together FedEx, that's embarrassing and terrible way to do business.
Quick and easy location to print and ship. Can’t imagine why you’d give them a negative review, there just doing their jobs. Thanks for the help today!
Friendly and competent service, and employees are helpful and understanding with those struggling with their machines. Combine that with Fedex's quality shipping and I'd hesitate to go anywhere else.
Miles and Ben were awesome help! These guys came to the rescue when the self-service copy machines went down. Ben and Miles saved the day! Thanks guys!
Get receipts for your use of their office stations. I decided to not get one the other day and they charged me $10 when the workstation said I'd be charged $3 for printing 3 pages plus my time on the station. Apparently this is an issue that they do not intend to remedy.
The staff has always been friendly and that's huge in my book. But the lack of cleanliness is so severe I avoid coming here unless I absolutely have to. The bathroom sink for example always looks like someone used it as a place to wash muddy boots.so does the toilet.yikes!
DO NOT print photos here. Their photo printer is a joke, the quality is horrible and blurry. Very friendly and helpful staff, though!
These folks are the best! We had an important package that needed a Saturday delivery to rural Superior, MT. Unfortunately, FedEx did not deliver to this area on Saturday so the owner of the store (Rich) delivered our package to Superior himself! We were so grateful. Top notch team! Thank you again!
Make sure you get a receipt when you drop off they don't scan them always and loose allot of my packages: (
Friendly and helpful staff. They helped me with my printing options and suggested the quickest and easiest method, which ended up saving me money!
So, thanks you guys. I will definitely be back for any printing related needs. One more thing: Cassie, your eyebrow game is on point.
They loose packages and are very rude when trying to locate the package, they say it's not there fault it gets turned over to ups? No tracking info updated from fedex 14 days later no clue to where it's at LOST PACKAGE! Manager of store rude and hostile 3/28/18. DON'T USE THIS STORE
Sent a package to California from here. Follow the tracking all the way to Laguna Beach California, showed delivered.have the recipient check for the package and could not locate it outside behind bushes under the porch, nowhere to be found period called FedEx and asked if they had any information on the package, they told me that the driver stated he could not find Apartment B (as it was addressed, and hello idiot it's a duplex one door is a and one door is B) so he left it at apartment A.have the recipient check with Apartment A and they stated that no package arrived at their address, filed a claim with FedEx.it took them 5 to 7 business days to look at my claim for the Lost items, and then they send me an email saying it will be another 5 to 10 days before I receive a letter in the mail determining their decision on the claim.it's now 6 days before Christmas and there's no way I can get the package to my recipient, not to mention I lost out on over $150 worth of merchandise. FedEx is terrible, unreliable, unprofessional, unacceptable. Go somewhere else.
Company had to pay someone to twice to pick up flyers, and twice they acted like they didn't know what he was talking about. I'm out of town so sent them file. Order form asked who would be picking it up, so presumed that was all anyone needed to pick up. Yesterday I called to ask why they treated him so rudely and couldn't find order and they said because it was under my name. Today he went back and they told him he needed the job number! This was a test of only 10 copies because I wanted to try out the procedure. Company wanted more, and we were going to order more duplicate invoices and other products but NO WAY are we using the m again.
Really poor customer service. I needed to ship a set of golf clubs to Arizona, so I called to get a general estimate. The automated phone system was terrible, but the customer service representative was friendly and she said that they have a special box specifically for golf clubs and that she had just shipped some to Arizona earlier that day. So I asked about how much it would cost, and she said that it is definitely more than $50, but the clubs she shipped that day had been $75, so it should be around $75. When I arrived at the location, the employee was helpful and boxed up the clubs in a professional manner. He then told me that it was going to be $92 plus the cost of the box, which was another $25. I told him about the conversation I had earlier where I was told it would be around $75, and he rudely replied "Well it is going to be $92 plus the cost of the box. Maybe they used a different box of an account". So I asked, "Is there a different box for golf clubs"? He replied "No". Dumbfounded by his responses, I gave up and ended up paying nearly double what I was told over the phone. The box they used was twice the size it needed to be for my clubs, so I am certain that increased the shipping amount as well. It was a horrible experience and reminded me why I use the Postal Service and UPS. It would have cost less to take them on the plane with me, which is insane!
