FedEx Office Print & Ship Center, Billings MT

No help at all, needed copies and photo on one bill, was going to charge me $2.00 to put it together? Crazy Lazy Cheap!

I waited over 10 minutes to print something. As new customers came in, the associate ignored me and helped them. Will not go back.

Had a lot of Warfair packages, and it was my first time returning. Thxs. Danny, for helping me get them out.

Find a different location or use a different parcel service if possible. I went in with shipping and return labels already generated. Just needed to print the labels and buy a box. Well first, they charged me twice for the box - I noticed on my credit card statement the following day. The store apparently can’t issue a refund and Fedex account services says that they can’t find our receipt in their system (I have the receipt from the store which apparently is not good enough). Now we have to dispute the transaction with the credit card company.
Second, when sending out our box, the worker put the return label on the box and the original shipping label inside. So we paid nearly $200 for overnight service and it just got shipped to us a couple miles down the road instead of going to the correct destination. This is inconvenient, wasted my money, and cost major delays at work as my shipment was related to an urgent work matter.
All around garbage.

Always delayed on my packages because they don’t have enough drivers as told by Walmart and Fedex

The robo caller had zero options to speak to a customer service. I had to give impossible answers to the questions to get sent to a call center out of the country. They couldn’t answer my (simple yes/no) questions about the local store. They said the store doesn’t have a phone number to call either.

Danny is awesome! He made a suggestion for printing my graduation cap topper using lamination that saved me a huge chunk of time, and even went through the process of placing it perfectly on my cap. I appreciate his kindness, quick thinking, and exceeding of my expectations. Justin was awesome as well and assisted in printing my original documents. I will definitely be back to this location for my other printing needs.
