Bought a CX-5 here May of 2021. It only had 11,000 miles and I was treated well. In fact the entire experience was much different than I had at the local Subaru dealer a few blocks away. They gave me a great trade in price for my Subaru (so happy to see a car go!). As a single woman, it's not easy to feel comfortable buying and negotiating on an automobile, but here at Flanagan I felt respected and very happy with my deal. Also the car, now almost 40,000 miles, has not had a single problem. LOVE the car! Mazda rocks. I'm a lifer!

DON'T bring your car here is the best advice we can give. The front desk guy said they call the owner shannanigans. Now we know why. Go elsewhere if you can. Had the car towed 2 hours to Missoula for an airbag recall and engine repair. Flanagan Mazda dealer over charged us and never fixed the engine issue. They exaggerated the amount of work and were very rude. We are currently waiting on Mazda headquarters complaint process and a full refund. Waste of time and money.

Flanagan Motors is excellent! From Chase whom we purchased our CX5 from to Tracy, Rob, and Connor in the service department. The service department went above and beyond to help fix a brake problem. They are professional, courteous and speedy!

It'd be nice if someone actually answered the phone. I've called at least 20 times and not a single human being has answered.

I’m very happy with the CX-5 I’ve been driving for 3 years, but an even bigger reason to stay a Mazda owner is flanagan’s service options. Valet pickup for car servicing. Video check-ins during servicing so you can see exactly what they see and why it may need repaired/replaced. Can then remotely authorize repairs/services by item. Once done, your car is dropped off to you again without having to add any errands to your plate. It’s a dream! Thank you for providing these services.

It was very difficult to make a service appointment. I called numerous times but no one answered or returned my call. The technician left a greasy palm print on my off-white leather passenger seat. They had to get into my console but failed to put items back in place. They changed my audio from XM to a local station. The work was good but obviously have disregard for the customer. Disappointed.

It was a very pleasant experience and didn’t have to wait very long!
They completed my extra wishes without judging me! Just smiled and said okay will do, no problem!

Everyone at Flangan Motors in Missoula provide top notch customer service. They make it easy to schedule appointments for service. You can get a ride or a loaner if needed.

As a whole, I was satisfied with the service I received. My only suggestion (not a complaint) would be that the service department could also wash a car down when it comes in for a service. It doesn't have to be a full detail job, just a simple wash of the exterior and vacuum of the interior. I know many dealerships that do this and is a very nice complimentary service. It would be a great add to what exceptional service they already offer.
