Placed an order for monogrammed shirts at the beginning of July. We asked if they would be ready by the start of school. Was promised that they would. I called three times after the said two week period and kept getting excuses. It’s next in line, we will call you tomorrow, etc… Two months later, I finally get my incomplete order. Personally, I feel lied to if they kept prolonging the job. If you can’t complete an order when asked or promised, say so. Honesty isn’t hard.
So happy with the custom clothes from Flash 56! Michelle and her team do an incredible job- and always exceed my expectations!
