Fleet Truck and RV Repair reviews
17Definitely recommend this shop came in with a issue and a wierd noise on my motor they got me in right away and on the computer turned out it was the fuel pump actuator they had the part in town and didn’t take much longer after that they had me on the road good group of guys!
Had a power steering fluid line leaking as we were about to leave town. Had to wait for parts to arrive and also had the roof and body resealed why while waiting. Parts came earlier than estimated and managed to make our destination on time.
Very happy with their professionalism and knowledge level. I brought them a vehicle with extensive electrical issues and their ability to troubleshoot and diagnose it was great. They were vet informative throughout the repair process. I would highly recommend them.
Outstanding service, after 6 different shops, found this one and was diagnosed and repaired within an hour. Great price and honest service. Definitely recommend them.
So we got fuel in Great Falls and our diesel pusher 40 ft motorhome would not start. All lights on dash lit up but nothing to the ignition. We called Fleet after checking some reviews and knew they were our guys.
They sent out Jacob with an awesome service truck and he temporarily got our coach running and we followed him to their shop.
These guys go above and beyond and they know there stuff. Shop foreman has been working on RV and trucks from the minute he could walk. He went completely through our RV checking fluid levels and looking for any potential other problems FREE of charge.
I’m telling you if you need help don’t hesitate they are a wonderful small shop operation that won’t let you down.
Our slide on our fifth wheel trailer would not close. They came out on a Sunday in the beginning of October to help us out. Very professional and knowledgeable. We were on our way within a couple of hours. Thanks
Took my diesel RV in for a battery replacement. Fleet’s thorough overall assessment identified a number of other needed repairs, which they were able to conveniently take care of while they had the rig. Excellent customer service!
Scott, Damien and the other mechanics got me in their shop and repaired a axle leak on my motorhome, drove another 1200 plus miles with no issues!
I was at the truck stop in great falls and my trailer got some issues in air valve and it was not moving. So i made all the service call and noone was able to come and help me. But then this guy fix my issues in no time. They came to my truck in 30 to 45 minutes and fix it within no time and james was their best mechanic. He deserves a raise
I have used this shop for all of my automotive needs. I always receive excellent service at a fair price. I would highly recommend their services, they are a competent and reputable shop.
While traveling on vacation through Great Falls, we experienced a major problem with the tie rods, bushings, and other steering and tire related issues on our Class C RV.
NO ONE in town could even look at the problem for 3 weeks.
Fleet recognized our predicament, got us in in one day despite being as backed up as everyone else in town, and repaired our RV for about $175 LESS than their estimate.
The entire staff was polite, friendly, and more than accommodating.
They literally saved our long planned vacation. A huge “Thank you” to Scott, James, Jacob, Adam and the entire team. Our pups Molly and Maddie are grateful as well.
I was having a fuel transfer problem from my right to left tank in my semi truck they sent a tech out to me to get my truck running. The young man they sent out was a professional, top-notch. He knew exactly what he was doing and exactly what he was talking about. Pointed out things to me that I didn’t even know about I really appreciate all the information and professionalism that this company and this gentleman provided. This is definitely the number one shop in town!
I'm new to RV maintenance and my air conditioner wouldn't work. When I called, the phone was answered by the service manager (Scott). Although receiving other calls while on the phone with me, he troubleshot, diagnosed and advised next steps which, unfortunately, meant a new air conditioner. I (of course) had a deadline for completion & the deadline was not only met but exceeded by a full week. I've never performed any required /recommended maintenance (wheel bearings, seals, cracks) on my RV and all of these items were addressed as well. Customer for life? Yep! (Although I'm hoping my Dad can teach me how to re-pack wheel bearings - hmmm, maybe not.)
Highly recommend! Called about a brake chamber replacement on my trailer and they had me in the shop just after noon, even though there under a 3 week backlog! Very knowledgeable techs, polite, courteous and considerate of valuable time! Excellent service
I don't write reviews but these guys hit it out of the park!
A long haul trucker passing through. The gentleman at Fleet got a tire and mud flap repaired in less than hour. A much appreciated oddity. I will return if needed when in the area. Thank you.
Scott and crew are a great business team. Honest, Helpful, and Sensitive to the needs of their customers! They were a Blessing in our situation!
Highly recommend them!
I can not praise this company and their team enough. We were a 1,000 miles away from home on a 5 week trip with a RV (Sprinter Van) that would not charge the house batteries when driving, and we were about to be in Yellowstone NP without shore power. Despite being swamped with work, they took us in at 4 pm on a Friday, and then stayed late to get the work successfully diagnosed and fixed. They were polite, respectful, and determined.
