My husband and I had an incredible experience with Flowers by Hansen. We didn't know a lot about florals and they were able to consult with us and provide us options that fit within our budget. We ended up telling them an estimate of how much we wanted to spend on each piece (arch, centerpieces, etc.) and they created something beautiful. They are a company you can trust to provide great quality work! Everyone that we interacted with was friendly and their work is incredible. I highly recommend Flowers by Hansen for your wedding day!

I stopped in here with just 1.5 hours before my wedding photos in Glacier National Park.kind of concerned that my original plan for flowers failed and these ladies were nothing but calm and kind and helpful and absolutely amazing. On top of that they are so talented. I am a wedding photographer back home and even the bouquets they had ready to purchase were just beyond beautiful and better than so many I have seen brides actually carry down the aisle. Whether you are looking to buy a gift for someone or for your wedding I highly recommend these talented kind people to help you!

I ordered a funeral casket spray with carnations (they last longer). The arrangement arrived with mostly wilted roses. Very disappointed! A funeral is not the time to take artistic liberty without checking with the client. I asked for a partial refund, but they would only give me a 10% store credit, which I cannot use because I live 300 miles away. Very disappointed.

If they can decorate the facade by 8: 30am on a Saturday they can sure build you a beautiful arrangement. I can attest

I am so ecstatic about Flowers By Hansen's products and service. I bought a gorgeous bouquet online with a hummingbird vase to be delivered to my mom's workplace for an early Mother's Day present. It was even better than their website example and had a personal touch to it.

I said NO LILLIES as my dad is allergic and the arrangement was FULL of Lillies. My number two request was for anything purple. Nothing is purple! I also asked for a clear vase, not the pink mosaic one. None of my requests were even listened to. I paid a lot of money for not getting what I wanted. I'm so disappointed that my mom can't even enjoy her bouquet on her 70th birthday! Seems shady that this place can only do what's on the website and nothing different. Will never buy from here again!

By the way, Kathy, Alstroemeria are LILIES. They are sometimes called the "Peruvian Lily" or "Lily of the Incas". In the "Liliales" order, and the same family with the more traditional "Tiger Lilies".

I ordered flowers for my mom this morning on the website and they outdid themselves. The flowers are perfect and delivered with care. My mom was blown away by the packaging, handoff and flowers. We were on a holiday scavenger hunt when we came upon this gem. It is decorated for Christmas and so beautifully wonderful! Multiple trees decorated with different themes, beautiful ornaments and holiday fun. I could have stayed for hours looking at the wonders. The staff were wonderful and polite.

Amazing customer service very helpful. I called from San Antonio Texas to order an arrangement for same day pick up and she was amazing. I was very emotional and she was kind and accommodating. I wanted sunflowers and she offered a beautiful arrangement called butterfly kisses. Thank you I will be ordering from you again. Small town businesses are the best!

I just wanted to give you a shout out because you do such an amazing arrangement every time I call to send flowers to my daughter there in Kalispell and you did not disappoint this time again. Absolutely beautiful! Thank you so much! If I could add a photo I would!

The first thing I notice when I entered All Things Floral was the smell. I smelled like manure. That was the first sign I was in the right place I knew they were using fresh manure to properly grow the flowers. Then right as I entered a tabby cat greeted me, very cute! Next I was thrown off just a little bit when I have to wake up Lisa, the store owner, from her mid afternoon nap. It was okay though I realize how hard she must have been working, it is probably exhausting when you have to deal with a bunch of negative reviews about your business. Despite Lisa’s lack of energy, rotting teeth, mood swings, and dilated pupils, she was very pleasant in general. I had ordered an arrangement for my grandmothers funeral, unlike some other people in these reviews I actually had my arrangement show up. However, it was two days late and the flowers were dead. I am giving All Things Floral a five star review for the customer service they offered me in the backroom for only an extra five dollars. THANKS LISA!

Amazing, fantastic people! FTD had completely screwed me with an online order, and didn't notify me until the day of our anniversary that the order I had made was unavailable. I called Flowers By Hansen, and not only were they super easy to work with, but had a beautiful bouquet delivered to my wife's desk at work within an hour of my call. Words cannot express the abundance of gratitude and praise I have for Flowers By Hansen. Thank you so much for being the best!

Florist was really accommodating. Knows how to listen to what the customers want to get. Very patient. And really put their maximum efforts at their work. Will order again!
