Floyd's Kubota, Belgrade MT

In late 2021, we bought a new Kubota BX tractor and various accessory implements from Floyd's. They were very accommodating on pricing and delivery. We've had almost no downtime but when we needed help, Floyd's on-site service response was great. Really nice folks in all depts.

Brady was very helpful in guiding us to choose the right tractor for our situation. It was delivered expeditiously and he thoroughly went through its operation and maintenance with us. We're looking forward to working on our various landscape projects. Thanks Brady!

As an experienced General Contractor with over 25 yrs experience, I've purchased/leased a lot of equipment, dealt with all types of sales personnel and learned the benefit of, both, positive and negative business reviews. If you were to ask my opinion about which piece of large or small farm or ranch equipment you'd get more bang for your buck from these days, I would have to honestly say Kubota tractors and equipment offer a lot more over the other manufacturers out there that rely on a cutesy slogan or a color scheme. I'm a recent transplant to Montana and I did my due diligence in researching manufacturers with the most user-friendly and innovative equipment designs and I kept coming back around to Kubota. Tell you what, when you can accomplish a solo dismount/remount of one of the highest-rated backhoes in the industry in about 10 minutes (or less, depending on your age and ability), with absolutely zero tools, someone designed something right! Admittedly, my Dad, who was a Construction and Maintenance Engineer for a major US Government agency, would have my hide for not supporting another Big Name brand of equipment, but hey, let the chips fall where they may. And, if you would ask me which dealer I'd go to for the most comprehensive sales experience, not to mention the friendliest, I'd have to honestly tell you to visit Floyd's Kubota in Belgrade, Montana. Even if you have to drive a distance out of your way, I promise you that you will not be sorry. My salesman, Brady Collins, didn't just want to sell me equipment, he wanted to know every detail about what I was using the equipment for, where, in what environment, how often.the whole nine yards. Then, he went to work to figure out the best applications for my needs. Oddly enough, I wanted to go larger on some aspects and Brady was honest enough to point out the overkill of going too large, too heavy. And, as if his honest sales approach wasn't enough, Brady's a real dog guy, as well. And he's a hunter, too! What's not to like about a Labrador Retriever owner who'll share some good Montana birding tips with you? !? Do yourself a favor and check them out. I'm truly glad that I did!

Purchased a new Kabota B series Tractor. Great experience. Dug a 7’ hole then tried to drive away but bucket did not lift and no engine power. Called Curt and Dave at the office. Both were great help. Dave in service asked two questions and found the problem. Genius! Tractor working great again. Txs guys!

Poor customer service.can't even get a salesman on the phone. Rude and discourteous when I have went in.

Came in with an issue with my Kubota tractor. (It was purchased here) They acted like they didn't service or take care of Kubota at all. I felt like they wanted to just say they couldn't help me and for me to leave. I hope my tractor never has major mechanical issues, I'm scared to come back here now. When we purchased it the service was fantastic, David was amazing. What about the parts and service side? Stand behind your products.
