The employee that helped us was a really nice guy he wasn't wearing a nametag so i can't name him but he was great.was almost able to upsell me another t shirt

The staff are always nice and full of energy. Happily found an adorable Bananya plush, and a gift for my brother

The staff here are always prompt and informative for me, but they are even nicer to my 6yr old who loves gaming. That's worth 5 starts.

While, I like the store, I must say they are over priced. But, a good place to wander and consider a purchase, if you are in the mall.

Needs to have next gen consoles in the store to make sure people can buy it fairly not this online bs

Friendly and helpful. One problem is that there tinned for the newest products and not any of the older consoles and games.

A decent place if you are interested in games or products of that nature.however, it was a bit bare in the amount of stock and also a bit spendy but overall it was a fine experience.

I love there selection of games and the staff has always seems very easy to talk to and ask questions. The prices seem reasonable and there used game selection is plentiful.

Stock was depleted not much in store might be due to covid though.customer service was great and friendly

Incredible customer service! GameStop employees provide the RIGHT kind of customer service, not just great or professional. It's the correct info and help you'll need to get the most out of your videogame investment. They know all the pitfalls and needs related to your purchase and educate you in the friendliest, professional manner. You don't feel pressured put off when making a purchase here. The prices and variety of product are amazing too!

They are pushy and always trying to upsell while slow to help or deal with non sales related issues. The business model is predatory and not good for the industry it feeds off of like a parasite.

Prices are too high. Pay little for games but charge alot for used games. Better to buy at Walmart or other retailers for a good deal!

Mia and Kelvin were fantastic and knowledgeable in helping me get the gifts that I needed for my kiddos. I'm very not smart when it comes to these things and it was very nice to have some helpful hands threw the whole process.
