I just had antique and vintage jewelry examined by Kari for the second time in two years. She is feeling like an old friend, not just because of the repeat business, but because of her genuine warmth and caring professionalism. My mom passed away a month ago. Kari was respectful and patient, taking time to check out every piece I brought in. She was able to show love and joy while I showed off my moms collection. She gave me honest opinions of what was good and what was not valuable, while still honoring my mom. It was so nice to have somebody praising my mom's sense of taste
