Gibbs Equipment and Towing, Glendive MT

I broke down at 4 am, I called Gibbs equipment and talked to the owner Mike, he sent out a guy to look at it within 20 minutes. Diagnosed it as the injector pump had it towed into his shop and they had me on the road in two days (parts availability in eastern Montana can be a pain) but overall a good experience. Fast service, knowledgeable, and decent rates.

Very friendly and available. They had what i needed and gave me a good orice. Will definitely return to Gibbs!

On a Saturday need a tire shop. And Mike at Gibbs equipment was more than happy to come open up his shop and help a fellow out. Very courtest and very reasonable. He has earned another loyal customer. Thanks Mike for being there, you saved my Day

Grate people work here. Has an alternator go out on a Sunday was in and out very quickly recommend to all if you are traveling this way.

Had a flat and went to Gibbs due to all the reviews. Had the exact opposite experience. The owner, Mike, charged $130 for a tire mount when my team made it there with 10 minutes before they closed at which time they go into an after hours two hour minimum charge. Which is usually $260 minimum.thanks to my national account agent we got half off that since I didn't even get the right tire and they pulled us into the bay before all details were approved. No one even mentioned this was the way this would be billed (the after hours). Also, they got the wrong tire and when I mentioned this, Mike got very angry and was very unprofessional. Almost causing my team to be stranded, loaded. Told me I could wait until 8 am. And then he hung up on me and wouldn't answer any of my calls. I do not suggest using Gibbs for any reason They are CROOKS in the worst way.
Preying on people stuck in the middle of nowhere.
Beware.

Huge shout out to Mike with Gibbs towing. He answered my call and helped winch my car out of a ditch at 1am in chilly weather! I am very very thankful to Mike and Gibbs Towing and Equipment. Highly recommend them!

If I could give no stars, I would. Don't go here. They are thieves, they are scandalous and they are unprofessional. As well as misogynistic. Watch out - Beware - use someone else or just get out of this town as quick as you can. Try a different company - the reviews are not correct due to the experience we received going to GIBBS.

These people were very rude to me and i do not know how many others think they are great but they were not great to me.poor attitude, bad experience.

I would not recommend any one who breaks down call these people! Came to my car charged 150 to tell me he would send a tow truck! Towed my car 5 minutes away! Charged 180 and the charged me another 300 to tell me water pump failed! Completely ripped off for a total of 660 and no help whatsoever! Be scared very scared if you call this ripoff company

Only place I recommend if your truckin through the area, honest, great work, timely fashion. Thank you and your employees for the great work!

I was in Beach, ND on thanksgiving morning with a dead alternator and these guys dropped family time to come save me.they do quick work; the prices were REALLY good, and they're very nice folks.

Mike, the owner, came to tow us from Hwy 200 in Montana. Literally the middle of nowhere. We got excellent service and he fixed it fast. Really good people.

My family and I will forever be grateful to Mike Gibbs and the crew at Gibbs Towing for helping us to get back on the road so we could enjoy our family vacation to Glacier National Park. We had been driving all night through North Dakota. When we stopped for fuel, I noticed an oily substance sprayed on the back window and on the hitch for the pop-up camper we were towing. We knew we were in trouble and began looking for someone who could help us, which wasn't easy that early on a Saturday morning in Glendive MT. I made several calls, and finally talked with Mike Gibbs of Gibbs Towing who agreed to meet me at his shop. Mike inspected our vehicle, diagnosed the problem, and then advised us on a way to resolve the problems we were having so we could be on our way. We sure are glad for the advice and our potential disaster vacation turned into a memorable one. Thank you Mike and the employees of Gibbs Towing.

Hit a deer on our way home to Iowa 60 miles out of Glendive. Everyone from the tow driver to the hotel staff recommended Gibbs. We were not disappointed. In spite of the significant damage to our vehicle, they got us back on the road within a day and a half, and worked to keep the repairs affordable. Very pleased with the service!

Awesome only $150/ HR! Had a 2012 Dutchman 30ft fifthwheel loose a wheel and damage spindle 20 miles west of Glendive. They were very fast and got the service done within hours. Got my camper home!

Broke down on a Sunday. Had a fast response time. Friendly guy came out looked at semi and was able to get the part needed fast and had me up and running in a decent amount of time.

Came to adjust breaks. There was a creaking sound when braking. It took less than 10 minutes I paid $ 150 and everything remained the same. Thanks a LOT.

Absolute Lifesavers! We snapped a leaf spring on our 7k trailer while moving. We gave them a call and they squeezed us in, repairing the trailer in a couple hours. Everyone there was also super nice and professional.

Very good and professional shop with road service. We stuck on the road, air compressor didn't build up air at all, snow storm supposed to come each hour. Guys came to us, found air compressor on weekends and replaced it, and let us go. Do really appreciated. God Bless You Guys! Owner Mike is the best man ever!
