Glacier eye clinic is very poorly managed, and they take on more patients then they can handle in a normal business day. So, if you don't like waiting forever in the waiting room, find yourself an eye clinic who care about their patients and their doctors don't suffer from the God complex. Even after I had cataract surgery, I ended up with double vision which they didn’t catch in the follow-up appointment but, fortunately was partial corrected with glasses from another ophthalmologist. They try to convince you that they are the only people in town that do what they do. Wrong! I would check around before taking chances with these people, there are at least a half dozen more in town but, if you have to go out of town do it. After all it yours eyes we are talking about. I honestly question the doctors right to practice and wonder where they got their medical license. I thought the Montana medical license bureau did a better job making sure our doctors are properly trained and our medical faculties are properly managed by trained managers, not someone fresh from McDonald's. If you decide to go, good luck!

The folks at the clinic were great. The healing process was a bit longer than i expected but the end result was no glasses and great vision just like they told me. Very good experience.

If you are a veteran, do not go here they consistently loose paperwork, and drop the ball on Va healthcare requirements. This will cause you to have to pay their high rates out of pocket at no fault of your own. None of them will take credit for their actions/ lack of actions.

I can not speak highly enough about Dr. Jessen, Kelly & the amazing team at Glacier Eye Clinic! I had Lasik Refractive Surgery November 2021 with them, and have been thrilled with my results! It has simplified my life so much to be free from contacts, cleaning solutions, prescriptions lenses, etc. At my year follow up exam, my vision is 20/15 in my R eye, and 20/15 in my L eye! Better than perfect vision, after wearing glasses & contacts for the last 30 years of my life! My only regret is not having done it MUCH sooner. If you are considering having this procedure done, I highly recommend Dr. Jessen & his team at Glacier Eye.

Went to Dr. Jessen for LASIK evaluation. Due to a scar on one of my eyes did not qualify for LASIK. He was very informative, and went as far as to show me where the scar was, explained the contraindications of why LASIK was not an option but explained I was able to have an alternate procedure called PRK. I proceeded with PRK and it was a quick procedure. The team explained throughly what to expect in the few days following I was prepared and well educated on what my responsibilities were for the days and months after the procedure. I had clear vision leaving the clinic and the next day's follow-up I had 20/20 vision which I had not had in 20+ years. The whole team was excellent on both the surgical side and the optometry side. I highly recommend and have recommended friends and family to go to Glacier Eye.

Lost a contact in the middle of the night, immediately start panicking because I work in theatre and I had a performance that night. Called in the morning, they were able to get me an appointment the same day within an hour of me calling. I was in and out with a full eye exam and a brand new set of contacts within an hour. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming and Dr. Roach was absolutely amazing. I'll be sticking with Glacier Eye Clinic from now on

Did have it for 5 stars. Now my experience has changed that. I wrote a long review but decided that it wont change no matter what I say. Do love the front desk women. So friendly. As for the other staff it's a different story. Just beware that you might have a bad experience. Its sad because the first time I went they were so nice. Now I wouldnt step foot in that place

The people were so rude here and over charge on every little thing. And after 2 visits they still refused to give my husband his prescription for contacts. This is the worse eye care clinic I've ever been to! Don't get scammed by them there's much better places to go get glasses or contacts.

I had an urgent eye situation without an appointment. I was given a timely appointment and encouraged to come in, even though they were totally booked up and very busy. I was treated kindly and professionally. I am very grateful for the services I received.

I've been away from Glacier Eye Clinic for 10 years due to a change in my insurance. I'm so grateful to be back! Greeted the minute I came in by women who are a wealth of knowledge & incredibly helpful. Check-in was a breeze. Rory called me back right on time & extremely efficiently took care of all the preliminary tests. Loved Dr. Fai! He gave me all the necessary info to care for my eyes going foward. Especially see me in 6 months since I've been away. What a pleasant & comforting experience.

I had bilateral cataract surgery with long distance lens replacement done in the last month by Dr. Alme. The surgeries were done 2 weeks apart. I cannot describe how fabulous the outcome was for such a short investment of time and eyes drops three times a day or in excess of a month. The preop and after care were beyond reproach. Postoperatively, I saw Drs. Olsen and Remington. Their professional demeanor, making one feel comfortable with a stranger, was quite outstanding. The office help and eye technicians were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I still thank the Lord and Glacier Eye Clinic for gifting me with such an improvement in my eyesight.

I did LASIK surgery with Dr. Jessen a couple months ago, and it is one of the best things I have ever done! I can’t recommend the procedure enough. Dr. Jessen does an amazing job. He is extremely patient, kind, calm, and thoughtful. Even calling the night of the surgery to check and see if I was doing well. He and his staff make you feel like they really care. They go above and beyond. My vision is 20/15 now, and it is the most amazing feeling to wake up and see! If you’re considering it. Do it.

Extremely friendly and professional staff. Super happy and excited after getting my Lasix surgery done there. Dr. Jessen and his team were amazing through out the whole process.

LOVE the atmosphere, friendly staff and large selection of frames.
However the soonest they can schedule you in is typically about 6+ weeks out and the wait for children's apt is 3-4 hours. When you have small children needing am exam, that is a disgusting length of time to sit in a waiting room.

Too much waiting! Go in the back for a couple things then back to the waiting room for 30ish minutes. My time is worth more than that!
