This company takes your money, don’t use them.
Only some of their locations include day admission to the going to the Sun Road. Important information like that should be in bold, big, red letters at the top of each tour page. Not in the fine print of your confirmation email after you’ve purchased.
And when the going to the sun road is closed much later into the season than normal, they don’t care about that for cancellations.
Many of the other glacier tour companies have 48 hour cancellation. But these guys have three day cancellation and then they give you none of your money back. That’s why they don’t make same-day reservations, they don’t have to, they’re getting paid for empty seats.
Not to mention the bad Internet and cellular service within the national parks of Montana because you’re in the middle of nowhere, and yet they’re still trying to direct you to websites for cancellations because they don’t answer their phones.

Too bad there’s no way to give fewer than 1 star. We booked months ago. They overbooked and we weren’t allowed on the boat. They wanted the opportunity to ruin our entire day by rebooking. Yeah right. Rent an ebike

I purchased a boat tour through this company before arriving at glacier national park and once I had been in the park for a day I realized that my plans would not work.

I tried to cancel the tour at the in person kiosk 3 days in advance but they were not able to cancel as they did not have a phone or Internet. The kiosk employees stated that I could cancel after hours that same day as I too would not have phone or Internet all day inside Glacier National Park.

I called at 530pm 3 days in advance but since I did not call before 5pm my cancellation was denied, directly contradicting the information I was told at the kiosk. The tickets were not cheap and I would have made more of an effort to cancel before 5pm had I been given accurate information.

We booked the boat tour in Many Glacier. I suppose this should be 2.5 stars. 5 stars for the initial boat ride and 0 stars for the return trip - because we couldn't get a boat back! If you plan on doing any hiking, I would not recommend the boat trip because you are not guaranteed a ride back until 530. We arrived at 130 for the 145 return trip and couldn't get on the boat. The boat has a capacity of around 50 and only 19 people could board. Many people don't disembark so there is limited room to board for the return trips. We ended up having to walk back to the hotel, which is really tough when your children are already worn out. If you have no plans to get off the boat, then maybe this is a good option for you, otherwise it's a waste of money.

Boat ride with Jacob on St. Mary’s — stunning, perfect length, great commentary from Jacob. He was so personable, knowledgeable, and pleasant. Majesty in the mountains and a kind and smart captain.

Took a tour on Lake St Mary’s on 7/20/22. Our tour guide Ben was amazing and knowledgeable. The sights you see on the boat are breathtaking. Definitely a must do when you visit Glacier National Park

Great tour. Very knowledgeable Captain with very good general and local information. Also a few funny tales. Boat is in excellent shape. Both comfy and safe. Our hour ride on Lake McDonald out of McDonald Lodge is a must do when visiting the Park.

Had a great time on the Two Medicine Boat tour. Our guides were fun, knowledgeable and gave nice tips for hiking around the area.

The boat trip was easy and quick. The area past Josephine Lake is indescribably beautiful.

We accidentally left a phone near the boat landing at Josephine, it was found and returned to us with dispatch.

Can't say enough good about the experience and the service.

We took the boat ride from the many glacier hotel to cross lake Josephine and Swiftcurrent lake. It was a very scenic boat ride with the right amount of commentary
