Called after getting off work earlier to get possibly fit in for a facial (knew it probably wasn’t going to happen when I called being so last minute). However, when I called I was informed that the owner I guess (Shelly) had two cancellations and would be calling me soon with updates on if she could get me in. This was around 2: 45. An hour passed and I called back in case I gave them the wrong number (the pregnancy brain is REAL!) the super sweet front office lady informed me they had the correct number and I should receive a call soon. Waited around the house for the rest of the night and never ended up with a return call with any updates whatsoever. Very unprofessional.

If you are considering a microneedling treatment, Sarah is your girl! Sarah performed my very first treatment and I have been hooked since. Who doesn't want brighter skin and reduced appearance of pores and acne scars? ! I also appreciate the quicker recovery as compared to other treatments. Your skin feels sunburned the night of and lessens over the next day. Sarah is professional, knowledgeable, and overall a joy to be around. I always look forward to our sessions:)

I’m giving two stars because when I first went in to schedule the infrared and Hammam the lady was really nice and helpful. When I went in for my appointment today my experience wasn’t as great. A different lady took me back to the room and didn’t give me much information or instructions. The infrared was nice but I spent most of the time googling how the machine worked and what I was supposed to be doing cause I’ve never done any of this before. Then I went to go on the Hammam and absolutely hated it, just wasn’t for me so I spend 5 minutes in it and then went to take a shower and could not figure out how to start it. Seems silly but I twisted and pulled every knob there was and it wouldn’t work. On my way to check out I told the lady I hardly use the Hammam thinking maybe she’d take a little off or something considering I had it booked for a whole hour, but that wasn’t the case, I was charged fully plus a little more than what the first girl told me it would be. I’m really bummed because I was so excited for a relaxing experience and that’s not what I got at all.

Pretty disappointed with my service today I called ahead of time to make sure the speakers were working in the sauna (last time I was in they weren’t) spent 10 mins of my time with the front desk girl trying to use it did not work, talked to her before I started my session to see about getting the time comped she said she would look into it, finished my 50 mins and there was a different front desk girl working who said the music not working was not a big enough issue for a discount or comped service…which I probably wouldn’t have minded if she was nice about it…Would not have booked at all if I had been told the music feature still wasnt working upfront when I called. Sauna did not seem like it was cleaned between sessions. I was planning on purchasing the membership, glad I didn’t if this is their idea of customer service.

I've been shopping as well as having treatments done at gloss for a year or so now. They are always very welcoming and knowledgeable about the products they sell. Shelly runs a great business and is always a delight to visit with!

I was prepared to purchase over $100 worth of product until the sales clerk refused to complete the transaction until I provided personal information for " their records ". I was in a hurry to get to another appointment and asked politely if we could skip it and complete the transaction. She refused service unless I provided Name, phone number etc
I'm also a small business owner and have an alternate method to ring up customers who don't want to be in my data base.
I understand the need for tracking information, but not at the cost of losing a potential customer and being rude.
