Excellent work performance and honest. Worked on my motorhome engine and finished it very fast. I would highly recommend them, they will be doing all my future repairs and maintenance. Very friendly staff and Excellent mechanics and parts department.

I was traveling from Florida to Washington for work, I experienced some issues with m 2016 Ram 2500, DEF system maintenance required see dealer. I’m 2800 hundred miles from home and it’s Saturday evening. I phone a mechanic friend (in Alabama) he calls his buddy who lives in Salmon, Idaho, Tim in Idaho has had work done at Gomer’s and highly recommends them. Lucky for me this happened near Missoula Montana. I stay in a hotel till Monday and I’m at Gomer’s when they open Tom waits on me and I tell him my issues, he comes out with his scanner and hooks my truck up to it running the diagnostic test. Bad news for me as my DEF injector shows bad, we discuss my options (I was supposed to be at work in Richland Wa Monday) I decide to rent a car and leave the truck at Gomer’s. I go get a rental car and by the time I get back Tom has contacted the local dealer to get the part but it has to be ordered. Tom assures me they will work it in as they can but not promises on how long it will take as they are booked out into April, this was March6th.

On Wednesday afternoon 3/8 I get a call from Tom that my truck is ready, the DEF injector was replaced as well as a faulty NoX sensor that was discovered during the test drive after the DEF injector was replaced. I was able to drive back Friday and get my truck, return my rental early (saved some $$$ there)

I can’t say enough good about my experience at Gomer’s, great customer service, honest assessment of my problems, super quick turn around time on the repair. It’s how you hope to be treated when you are in need of quality repairs

I'd advise getting an ecm gone through by a certified cummins specialist. Ordered an emc, installed and attempted to start it, did everything other than what it was supposed to do clunking, lights flashing, key in or out didn't matter it was like wheel of fortune, removed power supply to get it to stop. I immediately sent back this faulty ecm (probably meant for a different year truck) called and emailed to let them know about this issue and to see what was going on with my return process, I'd get someone on the other line but, it always ended with "I'll get back to you" and that never came. Maybe I had a terrible experience but it sucked to deal with. I had to dispute the charge with the bank rather than them respecting a faulty part with video proof, I had sent back to them a month prior.

My 97 Dodge ram 3500 rear springs where shot, came to this shop to get them replaced.
Not only did they do there job but all of them where extremely professional.
I went with upgraded leaf springs,
They took the time to go over the pros and cons of them with me with doing an 8 pac leaf spring vs. The stock ones that are 4 pac and over load. The ride is a little rough but not as bad I thought. She's a rough rider anyways, she has the look back and now when I go and tow she barely budges. Moe and his crew went above and beyond for me.
I am so greatfull to moe and his team. If you own a diesel truck take it here.

I ordered an exhaust system that turned out.was not in stock. Normally this warrants an email from a no reply address telling me the item I ordered was not in stock. With Gomers I received a phone call from Moe, the owner of the company. Moe was very helpful and actually saved me money by guiding me to another exhaust system that was in stock and I am extremely happy with There was a mix up with the return on my debit card. I called Gomers and again spoke to Moe, he quickly found the mistake and credited me the remainder of my refund. Now I know this wasn't a smooth transaction but it did show the true character of Gomers. I would recommend Gomers to anyone based on the stellar customer service I received. We all make mistakes its how we handle them that counts. Thanks Moe!

With me answering my questions about a Fass fuel pump and filter install for my stock 2007 3500 Ram Dually.
What a great company, a very satisfied customer.
Ps the Fass titanium signature series really made a difference, and you do not hear the pump.
I would not have believed it…but the truck runs over all better.

Ive been waiting and waiting and waiting for 4 months to get a ECM replacement/rebuild for my 2001 5.9 Cummins. I went to MULTIPLE different ECM rebuilders like flagship and all the big ones that first pop up after searching. I had tried 5 separate units all 5 caused my truck to not even run. One almost burnt my truck down… I was at the point of all hope being lost. After my shop spoke with other diesel techs around Minnesota everyone recommended “Gomers Diesel” my shop spoke with them on Tuesday oct 12, they had the part to me Tuesday the 19th. Typically it was taking almost a month per part when ordering via other places. CANT thank this place enough… 100% would recommend
Quality quality quality in a world where that is HARD TO FIND!

We blew a high pressure injector line on my Dodge Ram 2500 Cummins on our way home while towing a camper. We were 500 miles from home and stranded on the side of the road on a Friday, I called Gomer's for assistance and was told they were booked out for over 6 weeks. I was able to arrange to get my truck and trailer to Missoula about 15 minutes after they closed for the weekend. However, Mo Johnson was still in the building and helped us unload the truck off the flatbed. Mo also did a quick inspection and discovered the problem. Understanding the predicament we were in, Mo said he could probably get us back on the road on Monday morning. We stayed at a campground nearby and Mo had us back on the road by 9 o'clock Monday morning! Customer service ranks at the top of my list for choosing who to do business with. Gomer's has scored an A+ in my book and I highly recommend them. Thank you Mo for saving our trip!

Always great friendly service here. I've had some pretty cool stuff done on 2 of my trucks at Gomers. They've gone above and beyond and have paid attention the the small details in my experiences with them. Quality work, happy customer here.

My husband and I have been using the repair services at Gommers for a couple of years now and recently needed some minor work done on the steering column of our 2006 Chevrolet Duramax.
During that repair, the mechanic doing the work; Levi; noticed a fluid leak under the truck. At turned out to be a crack in the transfer cast housing. After completing the steering column work, he brought the problem to our attention; made sure the transfer case had sufficien fluid to get us home until repairs could be completed.

Even though Goners is very busy and fully booked, the service manager, Jason, made room for us and is now working on our vehicle.
We want to thank both Jason and Levi for their dedication and professionalism and their efforts to get our vehicle back on the road safely and dependable.

Got an engine error, just the engine icon showing. Drove to their shop and they did an analysis. Emissions problem Found, but unit still driveable. Thank you for checking and no charge for doing it. If in need of a repair, this is the place to go. Very knowledgable.

Ordered a part off website listed to work for my vehicle, part did not work for my vehicle. Not a great experience

I went in and bought some injectors. Super nice shop. Then today I called and talked to Tom. Super awesome customer service. And sent me my part to be shipped in the morning. Will do alot of business with Gomer's because of how awesome they are.
