Didn't listen to what I wanted, acted arrogant and talked down to me the whole time. Ended up leaving and ordering online for way cheaper.

My sub has some issues from the cold, so I took it in and they were able to help very quickly. Some of the best customer service I’ve seen anywhere too! Thanks guys

First one star review of my life. Brought truck back because my speakers stopped working. They stopped working because they were not installed correctly the first time, wires came loose and were crossed causing my speakers to cut in and out. I was billed for parts to fix an installation that was not done correctly the first time. After trying to work through the issue to see how this made any sense, he shrugged it off and said well I wasn’t working here when we installed it. Why would that matter? Solid customer service and great “lifetime” warranty on a hack job installation. They took their last dollar from me today and I really don’t think it matters to them.

Good Vibration in Bozeman has earned my businesses exclusively. They were absolutely amazing. I knew less than nothing about the speakers in my car, when they needed replaced I went to Good Vibrations and they were amazing! Since then I’ve taken my camper, side by side and I’m scheduling my boat in too for an upgrade. I got my daughter a remote start for her car for Christmas, I know they will install it perfectly and it will be amazing for her. Thank you, especially Mike, at Good Vibrations for all your help. I’ll be back in Soon to get my summertime toys ready for some fun!

I've not purchased any car audio equipment since I was in high school, nearly 30 odd years ago. When I went to my local car audio store, I quickly realized there was much more to car audio now than 30 years in the past. I started down the rabbit hole and realized my local audio store could not offer what I was looking for. I called a European audio company, and low and behold, they sent me to Goodvibrations in Bozeman, Montana.

I'm so glad they did because I now have an awesome system, so far better than any high-end stock system. I'm enjoying music again and always looking forward to a reason to go on a drive.

Had front speakers replaced here. When I picked up my car the sound was terrible. Could barely hear my back speakers. No base whatsoever. I tried adjusting things myself the best I could. I found this to be odd that I would have to make these adjustments myself but, I was in a hurry to my next appointment as I live in Big Sky and only come down to Bozeman every few weeks. I came back a few weeks later to see what was going on. I was then informed my radio maybe going out. Confused as to why I wasn’t informed of this when I initially picked my car up. Does this place check sound after installation? Zero communication and peculiar timing. Before coming to Good Vibrations my back speakers worked great and the all around sound was good besides the one front torn speaker. I believe something was mishandled.

All of the staff is very friendly and willing to lend a helpful hand. Very grateful for these guys, they simplified my car audio improvement greatly.

Came in clutch and helped me out in a pinch.

Bought a stereo from these guys, ended up having an issue with it right before a trip I had planned. They dropped everything to help me out and get it fixed before my trip. 10/10 will shop here again.

The man who helped me wasn't really helpful. Only offered me 1 option that was really high priced for a no name brand radio and oversized for the opening in my car. When I asked about other options he said there weren't any. When I told him I was a member of a car club and other members of my club got radios that fit the opening in our model car he said it was probably some Chinese junk that wouldn't really work. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place and will not be spending my money here. LOVE THE LIES FROM THE OWNER IN THE RESPONSE. GIVE THEM A BAD REVIEW AND ALL OF A SUDDEN THEY WANT TO BE HELPFUL. A SORRY FOR THE BAD EXPERIENCE WOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER THAN THE LIES. NOW I REALLY WONT GO THERE AND WILL DEFINITELYCTELL ALL MY FRIENDS ABOUT THIS.

My experience was horrible with Good Vibrations. I was shorted what was promised to me due to an employee improperly quoting me on an amp and subs. The install ruined my car doors and ruined my sound system (tweeters and mids) becuase it was improperly installed. My subs were improperly wired too? ! I had to take my car to sound pro and pay for a proper install and thank god i did. Sound pro also hooked me up with equipment, a jl clean sweep, so my speakers wouldnt blow becuase of my factory radio. Good vibrations told me my deck was fine, but it was not. Thank god Good vibrations is an authorized seller for kicker becuase I was at least able to get my mids and tweets replaced via warranty before i jumped ship to sound pro.

Was able to buy a radio same day I called for my 1996 (25 year old) truck. They also helped me troubleshoot it at no extra cost (my truck was at fault). Excellent service at a great price!

Eh, not a great experience but not horrible. Stereo stopped working in my car and went in to talk to them about solutions. Was told they’d have to research and look into it…didn’t hear anything from them for two weeks, went back and it sounded like they never looked it up so went through the same options again…brought my car in for the day to get it hopefully fixed but they couldn’t figure out the issue (didn’t sound like they did much but at least they didn’t charge me) and so again they said they’d get back to me with some options and a quote, haven’t heard anything from them since…. Since then my father has YouTubed and researched and fixed my stereo for me, apparently it wasn’t that hard to figure out. They were friendly enough but just didn’t follow through on communication or seemed to really want to help me so I won’t be a returning customer.

Hands down best car stereo place in bozeman/belgrade they really know what it takes for for a great system.they went above and beyond for me and I only purchased a subwoofer.

This is by far the best stereo shop I've been to. I came in because my sub wasn't working, and the guys in the shop were absolutely amazing about working with me and finding out what would work with my budget so that I could end up with an amazing sub setup. Unlike the other shops I've been to, these guys treated me with complete respect and not only were extremely knowledgeable but amazing about teaching me how to use my stereo correctly and how to maximize my sub without damaging it. I was so excited and satisfied after leaving that I sat in my car outside my apartment building just playing different songs to see how they sounded. I'm writing this review as soon as I got home from picking it up because I would 100% recommend this shop to anyone who loves great sounding music!
