Excellent visit. The Dr, CNA, and the Dr. ’s nurse were very friendly, down to earth, and very responsive. I had less than a five minute wait once I arrived. I checked in online over my phone. It was an easy process which sped things up when I arrived for my appointment. Check in took no time at all.

Team Great Falls Clinic as I like to call them is an extremely well greased operation. From the time you inter the front door with a "Hi, how can I help you today? " The courteous service extends from there to throughout the entire Team. For example, my recent visit, the person, sorry I don't remember his name that escorted me to ex-ray and back was very pleasant and engaging which helped in me not focus on the pain I was in. So, whether it is with the reception Team or the medical staff (Doctors and Nurses) or the very encouraging escort; you will be well taken care of.

I am impressed with Dr. Craig Sweeney because of the time he spent with me. Always patient and encouraged questions. He had studied my medical records before I arrived to my appointment, and knew a good deal about me, which brought comfort and showed me he cared abut me personally.

If I could give 10 stars I would. How does one thank people that so willingly do their jobs from the heart? Dr Fukuda and his staff are absolutely amazing. They all deserve the utmost respect and admiration. Personally I have had nothing but the best care at GF Clinic. I love them all.

Knowledgeable doctors and good staff. However, in orthopedics no one would address my ankle pain as I had a previous ankle replacement and I could not even get an MRI. I love the staff at both the urology department and the orthopedic departments. Competent, friend and capable. I do think it is sad that I will have to travel to Helena to find an ankle person and that Dr. Bryant did not know of any ankle orthopedic doctors in Great Falls or Helena.

I am in a frankly nerve-wracking time with my health, but my medical team at Great Falls Clinic is amazing. I am constantly impressed by the level of care and respect I and my family receive and how kind the entire team is. I am in good hands here and I couldn't be more honest in my enthusiasm to point anyone to them for medical care.

I've been using the GF Clinic for years. Seldom have I ever been disappointed in my care. In fact, because of the professionalism of the staff and their dedication to their patient, (me) I am still alive.
